Hey there. Same thing's happening to me. I'm using a 2GB Samsung SD card with nothing on it besides the unzipped folder. Hackless Wii U. Nothing happens when I start up stage builder, it loads like normal and says there's nothing on the SD card. Gecko OS should start up, but it doesn't. Help?

E: Right, forgot, I'm using a Mac. Also, I don't think I need to download the full Project M and this, do I? Because if that's the problem I'm a complete moron.

What am I doing wrong on the download? I downloaded the .zip files, extracted it and put it on the SD card, loaded up Brawl, stage builder and nothing is there?

Hey man, THIS IS AMAZING. I had this for a while now and its really cool, I love the way the percentage in the middle of the matches look, and i really like the little hearts that represent the number of lives ans the stage expansion! Is too good. However me and my friends would like to use our own stuff as well, like portraits for the character selection screen. Is there anyway to ONLY have the stage expansion?

I finally got the game up and running but once I've selected the characters and map its start to load. During the characters all coming out it freezes with a very loud and obnoxious sound blaring from speakers. any way to fix this so i can give this a go?

Some SD cards are specifically for cameras and only store photos. If you put the files onto said SD card, it won't work. Are you sure you bought the correct type of card?

Hmm, should work. I did not work for me the first time. I had to unzip the file to desktop, double click the icon, then copy all the files and paste them on the SD card, worked like a charm after that.

I finally tried out the Patt Edition. I don't know what to say other then I played as Johnny Bravo with a Dark Nut Sword fighting Yuna from Final Fantasy X, played as Eric Cartman and even Missingno, the infamous glitch Pokemon from the 90's. There's a bug with one of the Final Destination Stages where it flashes white for about a second as you fight, it's not game breaking, just wanted to let you know.

Also, if you look closely at Cloud's (Ike Costume) face it's not even a face, it's extremely incomplete, I would suggest using the Cloud Model in this video in a future update

My friends and I had a good laugh about that skin. Kind of interesting considering that the previous Cloud skin was very well made, then replaced with this one which is, in a word, awful terrifying.

It isn't much of an issue but why are the characters 2D on the Vs. Bowser stage?

My favorite skin by far is Johnny Bravo, I LOVED that show as a kid and the detail on the skin is incredible! He gets Karate Clothes from the episode where he had to learn to defend himself, and Ganondorf's Final Smash got a complete aesthetic overhaul to fit the costume, he gets on a Motorcycle and runs opponents over with it. I also love the skins of Duck Hunt Dog and Dragonball Z characters!

My least favorite costume is Cloud because of...that face.

The duck hunt dog models for both Wario and Olimar are fantastic, but I was marveling at the Katamari one for Olimar and the Shoutmon one for Ness, really great job whoever did that. My favorite one to laugh at is the Gallade one for Sheik, it's hilariously bad. Homer Simpson and the Bulblin for Wario, too.

A couple bugs I've noted:
The Venusaur skin for Ivysaur makes the game lag just enough to be annoying. I'm guessing it's because the model is so high quality, it's really good.
The hitbox on the down smash for Ivysaur skins who don't use vines is bizarre, the dust kicked up by the vines still goes in the circle around them, but if an opponent stands there they won't be damaged. The attack only works if the opponent is way closer to you than any sane player should be.
How exactly is the Scyther skin for Wolf holding that gun? It clips through his hand.
I had some problems with Wolf's final smash on Corneria, though it happened to the CPU, it was rolling towards me in the tank when suddenly it when flying crazy fast into the sky and got star ko'd. Not flying like the tank can do, it just whipped into the air randomly.
Characters sometimes show up as the right model, but the texture is broken and the model is all black.
Petey Piranha's neutral B doesn't work right, it's really difficult to actually bite someone with it unless they're overlaping wifh you.
The Awesome-O south park robot skin for ROB's down smash does zero damage no matter wheee you or the opponent are.

Aside from those nitpicks, this is awesome. Kudos, and again, good luck with the wedding!

Yes it is... It would just take some time to drag and drop the certain files over top of his. The only issue would be porting my CSS over top of his because it requires some tweaked code. I liked the retro design and since you really never get that close expect in the results screen I thought it was negligible... Didn't think that everyone would hate it so much haha. I'm going to switch it back in the next update. Same with

I've had that raiden skin but it lags like a beast and I'm not good at optimizing textures... I added in that Ben texture not because the story freaked me out (which it did) but because he showed up in a real game. I'm on the fence about adding in that sonic or jigglypuff texture because I already have a pretty full pack and those skins show minor aesthetic (though creepy) changes. I may look at the jigglypuff skin because I'm looking to overhaul my characters that are missing limbs (Kirby, Jigglypuff, Venausar etc) with their skins which causes missing hit boxes. Sadly, Wario doesn't have too many skins on the Brawl Vault, let alone good ones. As long as you keep the Travis Touchdown skin, I'll be happy.

Here's the problem I keep running into--my SD card's formatted correctly, and I can get the Project M Patt Edition 10 screen to load properly. However, once this screen pops up, my WiiMote shuts off and doesn't properly resync with my WiiU, so I have no other way of clicking "launch game" to actually launch the game.

Any fix around this, or do you specifically need another type of controller to launch Patt edition Project M if you're on a WiiU?

It's pretty safe to say that this issue has nothing to do with the mod. You have hardware issues, plain and simple.

No, you have to have an SD card with no stages on it and activate it through Stage Builder

Those are the best ones I found on the Brawl Vault Mr. Game and Watch section, only 5 pages, if you wanted to give Game and Watch some variety, 5 is all you need, these are simple, visually pleasing skins, especially the Rainbow it's gorgeous
