I think the only Falcos I beat with more than 1 stock were new to Falco, but that's because they didn't use the 100% guaranteed stun-to-death combo. Either that or their aim was awful. Also, I'd need to be actually complaining about Falco to answer that question. Sorry. =\
Stating stuff is where it's at.
You're saying that playing Falco online is not fun and you cite that as a reason to stop playing further games with the person. Complaining about Falco means finding
"feelings of pain, dissatisfaction, or resentment" with something to do with wi-fi Falco. You talk about how his 0 to death combos online make the experience not fun for you to the point where you'll stop playing the game.
When you say stuff like this:

Falco is a bit of a fun killer and I don't think it's cool to use him for the sole purpose of abusing my delay stun-breaking. Which is one of the few SSBPM things that I'm not OK with because it's mean.
What is a reasonably minded person supposed to think?
I would assume such a response would mean you were dissatisfied with the games you were playing because of the reasons you cited. Which means that you are complaining. If you'd weren't, you'd continue playing more matches with the Falco player because there's nothing to complain about. Note how I never said that having such complaints were right or wrong. But to try and deny the clear definition of the action that you're doing is making yourself very disingenuous.
Edit: Also, with that out of the way, my first question still stands:

Let me ask you, if someone picked Falco online against you but you ended up easily winning every match, would you still be complaining with the same reasons?
