Yeah, it is. I mean I only have one other person I play with and we never seem to desynch. But I seem to be having issues ever since I updated to 3.02 with others.

lol guys we need to arrange some type of online PM tournament for the people on this forum before nintendo shuts down the wifi. There's some real talent and it'd be so cool to see how it'd turn out. Don't yall think?
