Project: Framedisplay for [U] version

Also, it is an overkill to force people to download the Framedisplay with the japanese frame data, then having to download the entire american frame data. It would be nice to add a separate link for the framedisplay program only, so people only have to download that and the (U) version Frame Data. Meanwhile I find the Japanese Frame Data useful because I play the japanese version. So I am just going to keep both.
