Starmie @ Life Orb
Timid: Natural Cure
252 SpAtk/252 Spd/6 Hp
-Hydro Pump
-Grass Knot
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin

Starmie is a beast of a lead. Hydro Pump puts a huge dent in leads like Metagross, Hippowdon and Tyranitar, while Grass Knot and Ice Beam come in handy late game. Spins away Spikes/Rocks, too.

Gengar @ Wide Lens
Jolly: Levitate
252 Atk/252 Spd/6 Hp
-Knock Off
-Will-O-Wisp
-Hypnosis
-Explosion

My favorite Gengar set, Gaygar. He acts gay with double status and Knock Offs, then blows up in their face.

He used to run a Focus Sash, but then Platinum had to come along and pulled a Brawl Captain Falcon on Hypnosis. :/

Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Impish: Useless ability
252 Hp/6 Atk/252 Def
-Knock Off
-Leech Seed
-Power Whip
-Sleep Powder

Mojonbo. I used to use a Sharpedo here, but I needed a physical wall. Generally annoying, provides support with Leech Seed, puts things to sleep, kills stuff. He acts like a bulkier Gengar.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Mild: Intimidate
86 Atk/212 Spd/212 SpAtk
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Earthquake
-Outrage

Pretty standard Mixmence.

Snorlax @ Choice Band
Adamant: Immunity
252 Atk/252 Def/6 Hp
-Return
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Self-Destruct

Mwahaha, CBlax. Deals massive damage, also functions as a special wall. I'm not sure to max out his Def or HP, but Def seems to work better. Skarmory/Bronzong wall him, but I don't want to get rid of EQ.

Machamp @ Leftovers
Adamant: No Guard
252 Hp/252 Atk/6 Def
-Dynamic Punch
-Ice Punch
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Status absorber.

+11 awesome points for using Tangrowth.

Maxing out Defense is probably the best thing to do on Lax.

Why Ice Punch on Machamp?

You have quite a large Bounce Gyarados weakness. Snorlax is the only thing that can survive. If it's down, it's GG for you.

Also, not many of your Pokemon like taking fire attacks (namely Heatran). Starmie takes around 50% from a Fire Blast. Making Snorlax have Thick Fat could help with this.

Your team also has trouble with SD Scizor.

Nothing on your team likes taking Dragon attacks, namely Mixmence and Latias, even with Tangrowth and Snorlax.

I point out problems, not give solutions.

I really don't like Salamence. lol

I try to put Gyarados to sleep as soon as I see it. But yeah, I need an electric move on my team. Maybe Tbolt for Starmie over Ice Beam?

As for dragons, Starmie, Snorlax, and Machamp are pretty decent dragon slayers.

your snorlax EVs are correct.

dual knock off seems redundant.

be careful with snorlax, it's your only means of special defense but it's also trap bait with the choice lock. you might want to consider something weird like custap berry over the CB and rearranging the set.

Tangrowth kind of surprises me. I'm not a huge fan of grass pokémon in competitive teams so meh.

2 Knock Offs is a lot, truly. Also I'd never really considered Grass Knot for Starmie. I guess it can be very surprising in most cases :O

Hm, Salamence and Snorlax seem great. Funny set on Gengar, but I can respect that, I guess Hypnosis is rather important!

All in all a very decent team. Acceptable at the least!

Starmie: I highly recommend changing Rapid Spin into either Thunderbolt or Recover. Rapid Spin will sap your health courtesy of Life Orb. Thunderbolt will let you do something to Vaporeon and Gyarados. Recover repleneshes health lost due to Life Orb and increases your durability.

Gengar: Umm. . . I don't know what to say. . . If you think he's good on your team than that's fine with me. Support Gengar imo is as useful as special Gyarados.

Tangrowth: Yay! I love Tangrowth! Yeah, two Knock Off users is a lot. you should replace it with Reflect to support your team or Earthquake to catch fire types on the switch. Also, sleep clause makes two sleep inducers kind of redundant. I suggest replacing sleep powder with Stun Spore for more team support or a random attack or your choice.

Payback over ice punch so those Rotom forms won't have their way with you.

I prefer not getting ***** against Toxic Spikes/Spikes/Stealth Rocks, which is why I have RS. Grassknot is decent against vaporeon, and Ice Beam gives me better coverage than TB. Recover has no place on an offensive set.

Have you ever even used a supportgar?

I have 2 knock offers/sleep inducers because one of them ends up dying very, very quickly. (As soon as I see a Blissey or Gyarados, to be exact.)

Pokemon have been known to wake up from time to time, too.

Rotom isn't capable of killing Machamp, and he doesn't fear WoWs thanks to Rest.

Threats to your team:

SD Life Orb Scizor: Comes on a Choice Banded Return, Sword Dances, and can 1KO everyone on your team except Machamp, who could quite possibly be asleep, and Salamence, who is KO'ed after two turns of Life Orb damage or one switch in to Stealth Rock. This works even after Intimidate.

Yache Mence or Nite: Comes in on a CB Earthquake and Dragon Dances. Dragon Dances again when Starmie or Machamp comes in, and then proceeds to sweep your team.

LO Zapdos: Although rare nowadays, LO Zapdos 1KO's every member of your team other than Snorlax and Machamp. Machamp is 2KO'ed while Ice Punch cannot 1KO. Starmie's Ice Beam also will not 1KO. Snorlax has no means of recovery and is worn down pretty quickly without Special Defense EV's. I suggest moving all of the defense EV's there. Snorlax won't be surviving any Close Combats even with max defense.

Baton Pass Teams: Without Roar/Whirlwind/Haze/Taunt/Perish Song, you're dead meat.

What can you do? Well, first, move the defense EV's on Snorlax to special defense. Second, a Zapdos with Discharge, Heat Wave, Roost, and Roar counters Scizor and Baton Pass Chains. Third, a CB Mamoswine can revenge kill Yache Mence/Nite and Zapdos. If you can fit these in your team, I think it will greatly increase your odds of winning.

EDIT: Payback over Ice Punch on Machamp. :D

I'm really glad that someone else has used that anti-lead Starmie. It's great.

Onto the team..

Starmie: Perfectly fine.

Gengar: I don't know if I'm convinced with this set, and you already have Tangrowth for Knock Off and sleep.

Tangrowth: I like Tangrowth, so there's not much to say. You could consider running Stun Spore over Sleep Powder, though. I feel it would help your team a lot.

Salamence: Might I suggest a spread of Naive, 16 Attack / 240 Special Attack / 252 Speed? It assures that you, at worst, speed tie with other base 100's. I'm also suggesting a faster spread because you lack fast pokemon and a fast revenge killer.

Snorlax: A good set, I guess. Try replacing him with something like..

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Nature: Jolly
- Iron Head
- ThunderPunch
- Ice Punch
- Trick / Fire Punch

It would help get rid of your Bounce Gyarados weakness that was mentioned earlier. It would also give your team a handy Dragon-type resist and a fast revenge-killer that you lack. It should also be mentioned that Jirachi has great synergy with Salamence.

If you're not going to replace Snorlax, then I feel that you need Thick Fat over Immunity. The rare chance that Snorlax will get poisoned is made even rarer, since you have a spinner to get rid of Toxic Spikes. Your team would benefit more from a Fire / Ice resistor.

Machamp: Good set, consider Payback over Ice Punch.

Good luck!

In the Air, Using Up b as an offensive move
A combination of Infernape and Scizor(any sets for that matter) ***** your team.

Payback is useful on Machamp so you don't get ****ed over by stuff like Screen Rotom or even something random like Sub+Punch Dusknoir(I use it >_>)

I have always considered Salamence to be a useless pokemon, im gonna be honest. Maybe it's the fact that I've always had Mamoswine on my team but man that 25% hit from Stealth Rocks along with a bunch of really common counters(Scizor) he just doesn't seem as amazing as he could be(Garchomp) Consider Garchomp instead(6 of them in fact)

Your entire team has no way of dealing with Special Threats. Snorlax doesn't really count since he has that whole "CB" problem. I agree with Mow, do something random with him but personally I suggest Chople Berry just to be a ****(take THAT Infernape) With Max Defense and a neutral Nature not even Adamant LO Infernape or Lucario can OHKO you with CC. Do it, be a G.

Mojonbo is cool, but you should be lulzy and put Sunny Day on Gengar and so you can have a support/physical tank who also has stupid fast Sleep Powder.(Im 60% Joking here, but it would be quite lulzy indeed)

As a man who uses Offensive Bronzong as a lead and Babiri/Special Wall TTar(You know, before it was popular) I refuse to say anything negative about Supportgar.
