Honestly, I can't think of a good moveset for Olim--...wait a second...isn't there another Olimar thread? 
Either way, I can assume that Olimar will use Pikmin for some of his attacks, and I'm sure he'll put that helmet to use

Actually, Olimar is from an original game series (created by Miyamoto (I so mispelled that...)) called Pikmin...I'll let you do the research yourself (if you care enough)

100% sure?
I want Olimar in of course, but you can't be "100% sure" about anything unless it's confirmed.
Before August 13th many people would have told you that Pokemon Trainer wouldn't be a character and they where "100% sure" about that.
