I'm not sure if Smashboards has noticed, but my blogs have gone dead as of late, and with good reason. Generally, I seek out as many people as possible to talk to when my life becomes hectic and confusing, despite our different approaches on life, but things became so tangled, toxic, and uncontrollable on many fronts that I could not hope to post something, as the world around me was threatened to change in the next 15 minutes, and for the last month, this is how I lived, with an uncertainty not only in the world around me, but within my own mind and heart.

Now the wind has settled, and the dust bowl in my heart remains. I am a worn, bitter man now, bitter at no person, but bitter at the world and the way it works. The issue is so large that I can not hope to put it in one blog, or even bare to write it in one sitting, so instead, I'll point to my "no icon" icon and tell of my two, possibly final, blogs.

By the end of the week you'll hear from me again Smashboards, and after that there will be one final blog. I'll see you then.

The last blog may be my final farewell. If nothing else, it will be the ending to a three blog thing I plan to write based on what has happened, this one apologizing from my absence, the next explaining the trouble, and the final one describing what I do from there.

Depending upon my final decision, the third may be my temp final blog for reasons I'll explain later, but if so only my temp, and I'll be on through library computers on occasion.

As an example of my situation and how fall I've "fallen", I am drunk for the first time upon writing this, and I'd like to add that I am a very classy drunk. I feel like a proper gentleman like this hahahaha. (previously I thought I would never drink like that, but never the less, I no longer care, and here I am).

@op: I'm sorry that you're going through a difficult time. If you've lost someone, come down with a disease, or lost your job, the I am truly sorry, but no there's no conciliation that any of us on the internet can provide to you. It is cathartic to get it out though.

Why such a salty *****? As stated before, this is first and foremost an apology for my absence of about 3 months, and the reason I'm not posting it up is because its unfinished, because I work everyday to save up, and because I'm waiting for a new name color to match my new avatar that goes with the blog.

I know you can't solve my problems, if I wanted help in solving my problems, I would talk to Succumbio, .Zip, Lythium, or go to the rant thread for that. Blogs are an open diary, and I wouldn't come to here for advice, mostly because a lot of advice seeking blogs here end up in debate that is half off topic and doesn't help the person at all (not that its a bad thing, just the nature of this place).

Because the only reason I am having a temp leaving is that I will be putting myself in a situation where I won't have a computer for some time. And again, I'm not making a big deal out of me leaving, I'm just writing three blogs, only one about me leaving.

At any rate, leaving blogs are for those who are friends with the person on a forum. It would be rude if I just left with no word or warning, like SuSa ALMOST did. Its like moving, you don't just up and move, you tell your family, friends, and co workers in advance out of politeness. You don't walk up to random people on the street and tell them, "Hey, I'm moving soon." No, this is for those who know me from the forums and those who would care if I was leaving. If you don't, then pay no mind to this.

I'm using my personal blog how I see best, and as long as its in the global rules, there should be no issue with me using it. If this was in the pool room, or was a thread it would be different, but its not, its my blog, my personal space. Yet, you feel dissatisfied with how I use it to such a degree that you feel the need to insult it. Simply because the blogs appear in a thread like forum within a section of the site does not mean they should be treated as such. Keep in mind that this is MY personal space for MY personal use.

Back off, settle down. This is the equivalent of me going into someones rant thread and going "Look at you, thinking you have all the answers to life." Remember you are not posting in a thread but posting comments on someones blog.

Also, if you want a date of when I'm moving Late April to early may, probably the day after Coachella. Its not an possibility, its a definite.

No issue with the TOS, sure. But I take issue with attention whores who think that they are "SOOOO LUVED" that they need multiple, time-lapsed, blogs to tell the world about it.

Actually... that's precisely what I suspect of this one dude I see randomly. Always with his laptop he is, and definitely homeless looking, though I cannot verify he is in fact, homeless. We thought maybe he was Jesus reincarnate, or something... but then we overheard him explaining his loitering habits as "necessary" because he's a "reporter" heh... yeah right, homeless dude. Good god people. For the last ****ing time this is an apology for my absence first and foremost. There have been blogs like this before. The title Preempt has multiple meanings, and ALL of them apply to my situation currently.

1 : to acquire by preemption
2 : to seize upon to the exclusion of others : take for oneself
3 : to replace with something considered to be of greater value or priority : take precedence over
4 : to gain a commanding or preeminent place in
5 : to prevent from happening or taking place

The way I'm writing the blog explaining my situation goes through each of these definitons and uses them. That's why these are called preempts.

Lastly, I'm not being an attention *****, and have never displayed such behavior on this site. The only threads I make are practicle ones are are generally well written out and about the content and not myself:

I have posted rarely in forums meant to draw attention to yourself such as the rant thread or the picture thread. You are simply looking to pick a fight and making assumptions upon people that are greatly uncalled for.

What are you talking about? I said this once - yes, once, not three times - before, which he clearly skipped over or ignored, so I reiterated it. How is it trolling if I'm clearly trying to help if anything at all? If I was trolling I would have been telling him he's an attention *****, which I never did. Don't be dense.

I love it, I try to be honest with him and explain that I'm actually interested in what he has to say, and suddenly I'm trolling.
