Speaking of in game crowd reaction, I would be stoked to see so much more cheering, OOHS, AHHS, HUHS?, claps, whistling, etc.

In 64 it was more abundant, but you can actually tell when the crowd would react. Like every time you grab the ledge after being a flung a reasonable distance, the crowd would always 100% go "Hoowoah"

In Melee it was decreased a little too much and the crowd character chants were a bit.... well, it's as if the crowd was somehow forced against their will too chant. In other words they were in a mono tone for most of the cast.

In Brawl well.. It's almost non-existent. Chants were lively when it happened, though.

I wanna see some OOOHHHHSS! after long hype combos. I want some claps when a combo is dropped midway. I want CHEERS when a c-c-c-c-combo breaker happens resulting in reverse combos. I want to hear 4 STOCK, 4 STOCK and AWWW when it fails. I want OHHHHHH when someone taunts after a kill. I want uncoordinated yelps, sounds, whistles, and stomps, and claps, and yelling in that arena stage! etc.

This game needs that!

I thought of a funny idea. What if there were crowd insults to the character who's falling drastically behind in a match? I know it likely won't happen because of how Nintendo thinks and how it could be considered discouragement to some players. But then again, whydafacknawt? Mario Party 7 had the Annoy function and its funny as **** when you spam it during another players turn. Good times! :joyful:

Mario: "Mar-i-ooooh... Mar-i-oooooh..."
Link: "Hey Link? You stink! Hey Link? You stink!"
Pikachu: *to the tune of Nana Nana Boo Boo after the first word* "It's nooot very effeeeect-ive!"
