Today I logged on to the SWF and I saw all the people who have been pranked,
I thought to myself why have so many?
I think that if we can limit the pranking to once per month and they only last a week after they have logged on (if SWF could do that) and that's my two cents

like, you can send a tip if you hover over news. (revolution forum skin) but i don't know if that's just for the news section.

I have no clue, but your best bet is the SWF Suggestions thread in the PRoom, or making a thread in Forum Support.
