now the people can change the vertex of characters

with one team of vertex hacker, texture hacker, and audio hacker, can made new characters(for example a perfect power rangers, sonic, meta knight, ryu, etc)

basically a couple ideas that someone made AR codes of. i thought it would be nice to have it on a iso.
