Possible Falco Phantasm Counter

If you VSDJ in the Phantasm travel path, Falco kinda runs into it. Haven't tested it extensively but it looks kinda funny.

You can also drop a spring in his path. That knocks him back.

Or having a Fsmash, which is too satisfying to land.

It will either clang with or knock him out of it

I normally try to set up a spring stall in his path.

Having an Fsmash hit is very satisfying especially when they can't believe it happened and it kills them.

never tried any other ones, neutral air and forward smash works very well for this

forward smash actually has godd priority for the short range. if you ever know that the enemy is moving toward you you can foward smash them out of whatever they are doing usually. ive done it to, falcos side b, wolfs up b, and a few other characters recovery moves, especially since you can charge it, so you dont have to set the timing up perfectly every time
