I've mentioned funds for OoS players, there was some interest in it, but there was a couple people who didn't want to donate and tried their hardest to shoot the whole thing down for some reason, so the best thing I found for the host to do is to pay out of his own pocket and try to compensate with additional funds whether you're doing a entrance fee, raffle, or mowing lawns.
