There is the possibility that the game may now be released earlier than December 3rd here now, given that Nintendo has the time to make a playable demo.

You would think that they wouldnt have such a delay between the American and Japanese releases. I like the optimism though, even if its delightfully mad

Ahh well I've always got Metroid Prime 3 to play and finish with 100%, then play hard mode, then hard mode 100%, then Intense Mode, then Intense 100%...and THEN a speedrun of all modes..........................

This might actually work in my favor.

Isn't the new date for Japan about a one month delay? If they do the same with the US date it will come out in the middle of winter break, rather than 1 week before finals.

I don't see why you disagree. If he can set a release date on Dec 3, of course he can change it. However,

My Guess is not likly to change it, unless something drastic happened, and for all we know everything is right on scedual (excuse spelling)

I think this means that Sakurai is having a little trouble finishing the game and JUST IN CASE he changed the date on the site to TBD, but it may still be released on December 3rd if he manages to "complete it without incident".

EDIT: also, they would be missing the holiday season, not to mention disappointing a lot of people, so I'm sure they realize what a big mistake it is and try their best to maintain the Dec. 3rd date...
