Basically yeah. Both of the other forums served very specific purposes in the past and they don't get the volume/type of activity that justified their existence in the first place anymore, not to mention that yeah, the PC as a whole isn't exactly bustling.

It'll probably get the usual flavor-of-the-month boost in activity once OR/AS come out. But yeah, right now people are consumed with Smash.
