It's an ingame team, probably constructed from pokemon he found around.

You can tell since their are NFE pokemon on it.

I can tell you, I've had ingame teams with glaring weaknesses, in my case it was flying attacks. I also over rely on my starter.

I highly doubt he's going to be running into DD Gyarados (in game). Also, since he's playing emerald he's NEVER going to run into Infernape

Well... two are in PC's(Maximum and Cow), and they're all lv. 36 and I'm going against Tate and Liza, who's Pokemon are in the 40's. I have already beat the teams as I can so far, and, well... I'm stuck. Any suggestions?

If people can stay on-topic in this thread and actually discuss Emerald, then it's fine to stay open...but if everyone makes this entire thread about joking and whatnot rather than productive discussion, I really don't see any reason for it to stay open. I'm not sure how much activity a thread about Emerald will get anyway, but it's a legitimate thread.

aka 8 mons in 7 slots which means you weren't being careful explaining what you had on your team or not.

Also the Seedot line is absolute balls in-game. The Lotad line is at least salvageable.

Been playing my game more. I'm at the Battle Fontier. Here's my three-party team:

Sceptile, Dragonite, and Aggron.

You must be new here.

But on a more serious note, for an in-game playthrough, Aggron is mediocre. You're stuck with pre-evolutions for a really long time. Once you're leveled up, the only good level up move of note is... Metal Claw? You don't learn a single ****ing Rock move by level up. Unless you want a moveset of Iron Tail / Protect / Roar / Metal Sound, you have to use TMs. Even then, you won't be finding the Earthquake or Rock Slide TMs until very late in the game. I will admit that Aggron have a very good special movepool, if you're into that kind of thing.

Aggron's frowned upon due to the moveset physical options, but I go for a toxic set instead.

Eh, I do the same on B&W, except Encore/Softboiled Clefable stall. I can ride the train afar on there. I am, however, not liking this Aggron -_- It's not working.

Fire's a rare type. That's why the fire starters are usually chosen. However they are hard to use in the beginning, so that also lowers their chosen use... Unless you own a Butterfree Lol

Also, just got a flawless Scyther with Morning Sun. I didn't know you could get a flawless XD pkmn... Huh. Whatever, it's gunna be a Agility/Morning Sun/Metal Claw/Aerial Ace user, unless he can learn a physical Bug-type move, not being Fury Cutter. Morning Sun is a win on Emerald, due to being faster than most Fire-Types with Agility.

Anyway, I just beat Juan with Swampy(a.k.a Swampert) and I'm heading for the Pokemon Leauge. I also caught a Wailmer as an HM slave. Hoo-ra. Anyway this is my team, just let me know how far you think I'll make it:

Also, Swampy may be learning an Ice move for Drake...

Anyways, I just got a new Pokemon: Suicune flawless from Firered nicknamed Crystal, sporting Ice Beam, Surf, Swift, and Calm Mind with the modest nature.

There is a reason that certain words are censored: so people can use them while the site still remains family-friendly. Whether or not you like cussing, you're on the internet; it's going to happen.

As long as people aren't censor-dodging, there's nothing wrong with them using profane words (at least not from the perspective of this site), and there's no reason to continue derailing the thread for discussion of that.
