This piece was posted over in the Pokemon section earlier and I was wondering if maybe somebody knew who the artist is. I've looked all over the picture for the signature but I can't find one anywhere.

I have no idea who drew it, but as Spire said, the artisic style is really nice. It's easy on the eyes and the shading and colors blend perfectly. I want to see a film done in that style now.

Ah, I found it right away after searching for "Metagross." I had forgotten all about DeviantArt. The artist is Tomioka Jiro and his art is really great. He's got a fantastic command over anatomy and proportions. The style also kinda reminds me of Miyazaki's films.

Plus, who doesn't love Metagross?
