Personally I like Mother 3 better, but both are fun games. If only EB didn't have a Beatles reference every level and M3 wasn't fundamentally perverted, we'd have it on shelves.

I wish I had remembered about this (sad I know, but true). I had the most brilliant idea for it. A winner for sure.

Heheh, uhhhhh...not exactly. :\ It was one of those things that would have taken at least a few days to do. Even if I would have just drawn it up and used that (my original idea was a sculpture kinda thing for it), it still would have taken me more than a few hours. I wanted it to be as detailed as possible.

I have never spent more than 20 doing a single artstic thing.

I'm a perfectionist when it comes to just about anything creative. Even my thinking process can take days or weeks, because I'll just sit there and think about what it is I want to do and constantly get rid of the ideas that I think are less than ideal. And then after I get an idea I like, I'll graph it out inside my head and see if there's any fault in it. If there is, I'll get rid of it. I'm very picky when it comes to stuff like that.I have never spent more than 20 doing a single artstic thing.

It's the reason why I'm still not done with the BoTW summary, actually. :\ What would take most an hour or two to write will take me weeks. Although the extra time I put into stuff usually pays off, so at least in my mind it's worth it; even if I am past deadlines and other such things.
Ah **** it, I guess I'll just say what my idea was instead of waiting. I was going to take a play on interpretations of Slowbro's Red/Blue sprite, and make a sculpture of Slowbro eating the Shellder on his tail, which he thinks is cake (and in this case, it really would be cake. A giant cake). And if I had the time I'd do up some other Pokemon and have them eating the Shellder as well. Probably stuff like Zubat/Golbat and assortments of bug Pokemon. And the entire sculpture would have been made out of food, not just the Shellder. I've used food for art before, and it's mega fun. I didn't know what I was going to use for Slowbro and the others though. I had yet to figure that out.
It probably doesn't sound too impressive of a concept, but I would've made it look impressive enough.
