Great list! A few things to think about:

I've never played Mario Party 2, so you'd have to be more specific about those (or you can add them yourself - it's a community list, it's open to anyone to edit within reason).

I put ALttP Links as recolors under TL since he's already had them done for him before, and because Adult Link only has one slot left so there couldn't be recolors for it, but I'll add it to him anyways.

ALttP Zelda could be made to fit Zelda's proportions, but Four Swords Zelda is a version of Toon Zelda. I don't think she would work with Zelda's build unless it was just a change of clothes / colors. I'll include it in the list as that.

How would Chibi-Robo and Giga-Robo work? Their builds don't match ROB at all, not even close. It'd be awesome, but I'm having a hard time seeing it.

All the others have been added.

Since the list is getting pretty extensive with all those costumes, I'm going to start spoilering by franchise instead of keeping them all together. I'll group some franchises with fewer characters together where it makes sense to avoid having way too many spoiler tags.

As long as the hitboxes and hurtboxes fit. MP2 and MP3 Samus should. In fact, PED Suit Samus from MP3 is on there already as are recolors based from MP2. I'll change that to reflect just MP2 in general as well.

Maybe they'll just do helmet-less Samus?

And Bikini Zero Suit.

Helmetless Samus would require extra bones for her hair to move.

As long as the hitboxes and hurtboxes fit. MP2 and MP3 Samus should. In fact, PED Suit Samus from MP3 is on there already as are recolors based from MP2. I'll change that to reflect just MP2 in general as well.

Helmetless Samus would require extra bones for her hair to move.

For me the color text didn't look right against the background of the forums, and the white text looked too bland.

How about for each section you put an image of the franchise(s) logo (for the Mario section, put an image of the Super Mario Bros. logo, for example) and then put each character's stock icon next to their costumes?

Edit: Yeah, like the "Beside Costumes" but with the franchise logo images.

I'll try that, though it might get messy if the logos are too big. Either way, I'm warming up to the version with the stocks beside the faces.

You know what would be hilarious and true to the character? If they used Ganondorf's voice clips for Puppet Zelda! I am pretty sure she did have Ganondorf's grunts and such during the battle ... what do people think? Puppet Zelda should have her own voice, or Ganondorf's?

They can't change voices on such an extensive basis. They also, to my knowledge, can't assign different costumes to different Soundbanks.

Fire Peach has a ponytail as opposed to long hair, that might be what he is referring to.

That was just a small bone shape modification. The ponytail still acts like her hair did, but Power Suit Samus doesn't come with any bones attached to her head.
