Brooklyn is fairly inactive right now but the best people to talk to I guess would be the Salad Bowl crew, Reno, or D1.
Jersey and the Bronx/Westchester are much more active. G$ is on Long Island as well, and he drives everywhere so he'd be your best bet to talk to for playing outside of Brooklyn.
