I really liked the platforming stages in Melee's Adventure Mode. It was nice to get back to my Super Mario Bros. roots in between the battles. But aside from the Target Tests, there were only six of these. I would like to see more in Brawl. Should we see them again, and if so, how many?

Ya it was cool in melee, but. like it

A) made no sense
B) was WAYY to easy.

I dunno how but they should make it challenging at least.

The more that I thonj about it, though, they kinda HAD the make the stages easy. Each character is so different from one another that they had to add basic stages. If these stages DO return, I'd want them the be harder but that would require taking EACH character's attributes into consideration. And with at least 40 characters? That's A LOT to consider.

Since Brawl is a sequel (or threequel, if you're into that kind of thing) I would hope that the 1P mode will be bigger, better and more numerous in levels.

I'd really like a more in-depht adventure mode. And I really think they'll deliver. Somehow Smash never really seems to disappoint me.
Anyway, one feature I'd really love implemented is the co-op adventure!

They definently should come back in spades, but what sorts of challenges could we expect to see? Each character has a wildly different moveset, how can every character be challenged by the same obstacle?

Hasn't Sakurai already said that he's going to make a more in-depth one player mode? I'm sure i remember reading that somewhere

Yes, Sakurai wanted a solid single player experience while Miyamoto wanted a better multiplayer experience.

Co-op sounds good, and i like the plan too.

Adventure, Classic and All-Star were pretty easy IMO. And for Break the Targets, it would be cool if you can make your own! Make the targets and everything... but lol i doubt that

The problem is, the side-scrolling levels have to be easy. Remember guys, little kids play this game too. It's not just for die hard fans of the series and hardcore gamers. Though, a solution to this would be making the levels bigger, harder and more complex with each difficulty.

I'm sure that if Sakurai is right that we'll see more challenging and in-depth adventure mode with a master boss that's super hard (hopefully the final opponent will be challenging)

Inbewteen Corneria, Midgar, Mushroom kingdom, and
Maby not just the CPU's could get more chalangeing, but the level itself try and knock you off! Not literly of course, figurtivly.(Sp?)

Normal has an easy youngster friendly level tarain, that has few, if any at all, Pit-falls, while Hard and Very Hard has Airwings, Goombas, and Pit-falls, Pit-falls, PIT-FALLS!

Players woulden't just have to adapt to a faster CPU, but the level said CPU is playing on aswell.

Thoughts?
