Unfortunately, the stream I saw only showed the user spamming it in the air, but not hitting anyone with it, so it's hard to tell yet. I'm quite curious though myself.

Guys he played as Roy too. He seems to be a mix of Ike and Marth! pretty neat. his final smash looks worse than Marth's though

I believe if he is next to an opponent (trapping final smash) Ryu does a Shin Shoryuken.
And if no one is infront of Ryu's hitbox, he will make a Shinku Hadouken.

I guess I'll put some damage values of moves i've seen so far

D-air seems to do 15% if all hits connect
F-air Sourspot seems to deal 8%, sweetspot dealing 11%? this seems like a low damage but not sure
Fully charged Up Smash deals roughly 28%, almost killing Bowser at 52% on Battlefield
D-throw deals 6%, not bad
U-tilt sourspot deals about 8%, Sweetspot deals about 10%
F-smash deals 14% or 15%, 19% full charged. also super fast
PSI Magnet (hitbox part) deals 8%
PK Fire deals 9%, still has some nice recoil
Dash Attack sourspot deals 9%, I think sweetspot deals about 13%?
F-throw deals 10%
First hit of D-smash deals 17% not bad at all.
B-throw deals 10%, dat ain't Ness
Starstorm CAN be directed
Uair deals a solid 13% and kills much like Ness'
Up throw also does 10%, this is pretty much all I could find out. watching this guy play was pretty painful. hope this helps you guys in some way or another.

Still Lucas's Up-Throw kills and that's already a good thing to learn, we don't even know if 130% was the minimum required. As it is right now his Up-Throw is already stronger than Greninja's and a killing Up-Throw is much better than a F or B-Throw.

After grabbing a projectile with this move, Lucas can roll backward. By releasing the button at the right time, you can also disrupt enemy attacks.
