Picking up Dedede; Need help BAD!

Ok so i wanna use Dedede cuz alot of ppl hate playing agaisnt him. so i decided to learn him. but i have no idea how to use him.

What should i use to approach?
What should i use to kill?
How should i rack up damage?
Who is Dedede good against?
Who should i NOT use Dedede agasint?

As you can tell i have NO idea how to use him. I know a few things. i know about his CG. if that helps..anyways..please reply.

Approach - Bairs and grabs
Kill - Utilt, Bair, Fair, Smashes. Look for Utilt anytime you can, over 100%
Rack DMG - Bairs and chain grabs
Good against - Everyone, hes too good :-D
Not use - Use him everytime because hes a cool penguin
