The stage data code was fine, Segtendo, and those other codes shouldn't cause freezing. It must be a file somehwere; either STG files (which would explain things if this just started happening once you began using Dant's code) or StrapEn like Ulty suggested.

Deleting StrapEn didn't work. It must be a stage.

For the Alternate stage loader data: Does the amount of lines start when the code starts or does it start when we have to put in the Stage ASCII? In addition, stupid question: Would, for example:

46000010 00000000 count as a single line of code, or two?

Starts when you put the Stage ASCII, and your example would count as a single line.

I'm curious, does this work with .rels that have been changed?
Since it doesn't support _A extensions on .rels, you can't load hacks based on more than one stage from a single SSS button, but you can load any number of them if they're based on the same stage (for example, I can load 12 WWR-based stages from 75m using one WWR .rel for 75m).

If you have a .rel for one stage and use the code to load others that aren't based on whatever stage the .rel is of, they won't work.

You only count the data you actually put in yourself +1 when replacing LLLL. You also have to add the last two lines of the code

No, PAL is not supported.

Also, I tried using the code on stages that didn't have edited REL files on them, but it still froze after the game loads with the codes. :/

I tried to set the button replacements to 'A+L' and 'A+R' on the CLassic controller.
No matter what, I can't get this to work, couldn't anyone help me with it?

Hmm, well the R+A works fine, but I can't get the L+A to.
Its not the levels either because I can switch the names and load the other one with R+A...

This is my actual Code, what I want to know is why isn't the Fire Emblem Stage [STGEMBLEM_02_A] loading?

Help would be much appreaciated.

What happens to replays? Since stages will have more than one texture now? Will the replays keep the same texture it had when it was played, or will the texture change?

Let's say I want Texture B of some stage to be activated by Pressing and Holding start, however, I want texture D of another stage to be activated by Pressing and Holding start. Does that mean the button activator code goes UNDER its respective stage? For Ex. if I have a button activator on BF, I put the code under the BF stage data code that I have.

No, I'd say the normal one without any _A or _B, 'cause no one has dug onto Replays too much.
It loads the A, because replays work for my stgcustoms, and there's no stgcustom in the game iso/disc. If it loaded the original (the one in the disc), it would crash for stgcustoms. And it always load the stgcustomX_A

Hey people, I'm kind of newbie in these custom SS and stuff, sou I would like some help here...

I downloaded some custom stages, 3 for final destination, 3 for battlefield and one for green hill zone / pictochat / brinstar, the files are named like this:

But the game freezes right before the wirst strap screen appears... can anyone help me at this please? ._.

I load the game from my pendrive, using USB loader GX (with cheats).

Three Questions:

1.) Since the replays load only the basic texture of stages, can I just get let's say a file thats one of my alternate textures, copy it, and name it STGFINAL.pac if I want the replay to load up that stage instead of the default one?

2.) If I want multiple SV Textures, do I go STGVILLAGE_00_A.PAC, STGVILLAGE_01_A.PAC, STGVILLAGE_00_B.PAC, STGVILLAGE_01_B.PAC, So on and so forth? Also, in general, does an SV Texture require files 00-04 to work?

3.) For button combinations: Does what your opponent press to select a stage over WiFi also affect the button selected Stage?

If someone would be as cool as to give me a code that would contain:

3 Final Destinations
3 Battlefields
3 Smashvilles

All of them with no button activators, I want them random.

That would benefit me much, I can't do this code anymore seeing as I've been away from hacking and brawl for so long. I forgot how to do most the stuff. x_x I was never really good with this anyway, so if someone could generate that part of the code for me or something, thanks much.

It loads the A, because replays work for my stgcustoms, and there's no stgcustom in the game iso/disc. If it loaded the original (the one in the disc), it would crash for stgcustoms. And it always load the stgcustomX_A
Trust me...it definitely loads the original Brawl stage (or STGname.pac with no _extension if you have it).
