generally you don't celebrate the birthday when they are JUST born.

like maybe 13th b-day cuz your finally a teenager then 18th B-day cuz you can do some stuff legally
but im pretty sure 21 is the most important cuz you can drink (legally) and go to vegas and gamble etc...
after 21 them seem to be just a normal day from what ive been told

i remember it making sense for prostitution to be illegal in vegas but i dont remember the reasoning. i think it might also be illegal in reno.
also you can gamble at 18 in indian casinos in california as long as they dont serve alcohol
which i believe is only two of the casinos in CA [or atleast was only 2 a couple years ago], one is the jackson rancheria in jackson, the other is south of santa cruz somewhere.

prostitution legality in nevada is based on population of the county. the most heavily populated ones aren't allowed, like reno and vegas. thats why the closer the prostitution house is to a major city, the more it generally costs.
