First link mentions Takao Miyoshi and Sega. Takao is a member of Sonic Team and one of the main minds behind Phantasy Star Universe. The pixelated mushroom is obviously lifted from the NES classic Super Mario Bros. except for the altered palette. When you click the mushroom, it plays a jingle I can't identify but sounds very similar to the SMB 1-UP jingle. There's also the issue of the "pole" in the URL.
Edit: BTW, when you click on the red U in the first link, you get this:

Game has been revealed. It's called "Pole’s Big Adventure"

Second link is a floating, archaic-looking clock with Triforce-like symbols instead of numbers. As the clock ticks all the way around, it stops just before the 12:00 position, then begins to wind back one full rotation before continuing normally again. Also, it should be noted that Marvelous Entertainment is best known as the developers of the Harvest Moon titles.
Boy, after Darkslash found that mysterious trailer, more mysterious stuff pops up. When did gaming companies decided that becoming mysterious is hip?

And with this new info, I'm 90% sure that this isn't coming to the states. The game is called Pole’s Big Adventure and is supposed to mock 8-bit games released on the Nintendo Entertainment system around its heyday. So that means the title will be on Nintendo’s WiiWare, pricing for Japan currently is 500 Wii Points.
The game is supposed to have inside jokes in each level. The teaser site had a mushroom and apparently in Japanese that is slang for a male’s *****. Now you add pole and a mushroom that grew when you touched it with the mouse, you are going to get a game with alot of **** jokes.
Check out the scan for screenshots of the game after the jump.
