She is like... Ganondorf slow and laggy. She is more often disadvantaged on hit than not (on shield it's just... ridiculous). So yeah, her frame data is the worst. She's quite linear so her attacks aren't hard to evade and when you get close, she's done for.
Her range is all right, but not nearly enough to make up for her 10000 flaws, since it's not even that great. She has something called tip range or something... it's miniscule and barely rewarding so it doesnt even matter that much anyway. It's just frustrating to play her D=
