2nd seed in pools only losing to g$ i went 15-3.
1st round bracket i played sdm where i happened to sd at some point first match, 1st stock of 2nd match i sd'd playing horrendous at the begginning then brought it back ending the game with a ken combo. 3rd match sd'd TWICE with falcon.

lemon beat him 2-1, first fox vs marth fod, then fox vs falco(me) lost, cp fd against falcon i four stocked him.
NesNoob i had a the momentum against him the whole first stock, took it with less that 50%, camped the ledge then attempted wavelanding on stage and sd'd, at this point he took the momentum and i lost last stock. and i got 2-3 stocked in a fox ditto on corneria, i know what i need to do with fox. NESnoob is good at smash.

i dislike when people are incorrect on what they say. i think people just want me to look bad or something dayum.

lol SD are just a real reason for losses, they happen sometimes. They were the main reason that JBM lost a game (not necessarily even the set) to NESNoob and the main reason I lost to BigD in pools. Sorry Tyser, we couldn't all get the easiest pool and then the easiest bracket draw.

What are you talking about? Ill admit my pool was easy but I had to play against Mango and then Chexr. Since when has Mango and Chexr become easy opponents? And BigD got 5th, losing to him is pretty legit. Nobody understands that a john is a john no matter how gay. Get it through your heads. They make you guys look bad.

Friendly EDIT: Are there games happening this week at all? I know Gamegenie wants to play but he didnt post an address or phone number for some reason. I work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays now so yeah -_-

This thread is finally waking up a little bit :D Im gonna main Fox for a little bit.

About the brackets: If Dark hadnt have changed the bracket and I had to play JBM first round, I would have placed higher than how I actually placed. I would have lost to JBM, then I would have to play against Zivlyn Bane or something which I would have beaten then I would have had to play against SDM who I would have beaten putting me at 13th place. After that I think Cosmo or someone was next so I woulda gotten elim'd then. Just a fun fact.

i agree with everything that has been said i realize that me sding is my lack of technical consistency on some parts, but poor examples that make sd's reasons are when your playing brinstar against a peach that your comboing left and right but 1 time he happens to dsmash and you call it, the place he happens to dsmash is where the stage breaks.. i sd. comeback somewhat 0-death him then he knocks me off, i go for falcon kick in lava, what happens to me? i get darkrain gamed where the lava is like nah man this was HIS cp i'm gonna go down just as you are, sd once again i guess i need to realize that i need to watch the clock for this.

sds can be used as reasons to support a loss, most people would say the same thing i am, or just keep their mouths shut. when i lose i like to discuss why i lost and to discuss i have to have support (reasons) why.

its simple discussion really, i just don't understand why people get upset about it so easily. sds really turn the game around. ask echo bout the time against kishprime in insomnia

also, its impossible to be a ***** and john about things and whine. nobody is a ***** when they john they are just upset by losses that they wish could've gone a better way, like not sding.

The funny thing is that the only one whining in this situation is you. You're whining about people bringing up their SD's. I'm pretty JBM and I are both at peace with the fact that we had SDs cost us big time. We simply reported the truth of what happened to people like Bolt that didn't go to the tourney and wanted to know what happened.

It's pointless because it accomplishes nothing, as you're clearly in the wrong because A. nobody's angry, B. nothing is gonna come of it, i.e. nobody is gonna say oh yes Tyser you're so right, we are all gonna smile and shake hands and tell our opponent he was the better player no matter what happens.

And you got the easiest first round match of anyone from Nebraska by far, and one of the easiest overall.
