wasnt the best, but definitely one of top 3 weeks. just wait for it to get closer, right before launch hes gonna have so much left over info we are going to get overloaded with so many hot updates. mark my words...peace

It's been a good week. Best? Not really. Though I can't really say which is the best... I'm just happy for daily weekday updates I guess I'd say the week he revealed Wi-Fi was sweet so people would stop doubting, but then it was revealed to be kinda...not...good. So, again, not the best.

I'm just being a d*ck, pay no mind. Yeah, this is definately one of the best weeks. I've been waiting for co-op for a while, now.

Eh, not really. Getting a newcomer was nice, but would've been better if it weren't one I'm ambivalent towards. Co-op mode and the ATs I don't really care about. Dodging/Shielding we'd seen before anyway. Fox's Final Smash was nice, but not great. The best was the Snake videos. Decent week, but nowhere near the best in my opinion.

Because ever since the debut of the new site, we've had 1 new character every week, except for 3 weeks. and we've had 2 characters in 1 week, twice.

He said "newcomer" specifically, not "character" in general. Newcomers we get about every other week, and half of them thus far have been the ones announced in the first trailer. True Newcomers have been rare overall.

There was a new thread that said "This wek" for the title and then "discuss". It got closed before I could post. I basically said everything that happened to me this week. It made me laugh. But then the thread closed.

I was midly offended. I am doped up on pain killers because of a wisdom tooth extraction.

Anyways....this has been one of my favs.

Lucas was amazing. I didn't get tot check the update until late afternoon while I wa son the phone with my fiancee. I basically screamed in her ear (as well as everyone else in the computer lab). The Snake video was a awesome surprise and showed us ALOT about the physics of the game. The excite bike assist trophies were fun. Shields are back. I LOVE FOX'S NEW FINAL SMASH!!! Todays update was awesome too.

I am guessing we won't get a brand-new newcomer till the end of October. But who knows. I didn't think we would get a newcomer until the end of September and that was a few days before the Ike update.

I registered "newcomer" as "character", and I apologize for the sarcastic comments.


However, I will still say that we DO get a NEWCOMER about every other week, so I still wouldn't consider that a 'long time'

As far as weeks go, this HAS been one of my favorites... I'd put it at the top 3 at the very least!

Showing Lucas at the beginning of the week was pretty awesome and got things off to a good start, since newcomer updates are always welcome and even though I was originally more comfortable at the thought of playing as Ness, I've actually grown to like Lucas a lot more over the past few days so I won't be too upset if Lucas does end up kicking Ness out completely! In case you couldn't tell this was my favorite update of the week.

Anyway, the Snake stage/videos showed us quite a bit about the game, and were also really awesome/amusing as well... it's going to be funny to have Snake talk about all these weird and wonderful Nintendo characters! Fox also has a pretty cool Final Smash as well, and it's pretty fitting since he's the only one that can use the Landmaster tank, and the 8-bit assist trophies have a pretty nostalgic feel to them... and I haven't even talked about the fact there's now a co-op mode in this fancy new adventure!

I'm sure a week like this might be pretty difficult to top, but considering we're getting closer and closer to the release date, I might end up being proven wrong somehow.
