I need to get my hands on these rules.

Can anyone help me with these please??

With are the stages banned?? the ones tha can be selected in all battles and the ones that only in battles 2 and 3.

Also the forrbiden moves (stalling moves, Ice climbers glitch)

generally, if you're running your own tournament, you have executive power as to what you want allowed, but if you're looking for the widely accepted standard or something similar, check out any thread that has MLG in the title
