Not too many questions about Brawl+ (how to get it)

I don't have a lot of questions, however I have too many questions to go and post them in each individual location, and its a pain to have to locate them while there are other discussions going on and questions being asked, so its easier to make my own post.

1. Is it possible to get Brawl+ with Wii Menu Version 4.0?
2. How can I downgrade My system
3. I want to get the Home Brew channel without physically opening my Wii, is that possible.
4. If I downgrade then get the Home Brew channel, can I still play my Virtual console games and Wii ware games

(I am looking for a soft mod cause all i want to do is get Brawl+)

Finally

5. If it isn't possible to get Brawl_ with Wii Menu Version 4.0, will it be possib;e within by the end of May?

You can't do it with 4.0, so I guess your questions stop there and you'll have to wait until HBC for 4.0 comes out, which isn't out yet...but will be sometime soon I'm guessing. Maybe by the end of May, maybe by June. Who knows?

Also, you don't need to open your Wii for HBC. But yeah, wait until the new HBC comes out.

Discussing attaining Homebrew is against this forum's rules, sorry. Brawl+ is currently not available on System Menu 4.0, but a method may be coming soon.
