Samus' Screw Attack (up+b) is her shine.

Ever get a sick kill using only the up+b? Shined. (By Samus).











(seriously though, only fox/falco have a "shine", and it's their down+b [reflector])

"Shine" refers to Fox or Falco's reflector (down-B special). Samus does not have a shine move, though her fastest / most similar move, as pointed out, would be her screw attack (up-B special).
