no falco in brawl...

Well, everything is still speculation but I dont see why they would take out any of the current characters in Melee. I think that what will happen is they will give everyone more unique movesets. And by this i mean all of the clone characers, such as Doc and maro, falco and fox, Capt falcon and ganon blah blah, I know they are DIFFERENT characters but they are clones just the same. Thats just my 2 cents.

As long as I can get falco in a thriller jacket im happy

there is no confirmation of which characters will/will not be in brawl except for the ones that have shown up in the videos so far. My best guess is that falco will probably be in the next game since he is an important star fox character. Characters more likely to be nixed would be someone along the lines of doctor mario or pichu since they are the most like their original clone counterparts. But falco? I doubt he'll be removed.

2. The world would start emploding on itself.

3. Falco Extremists will set grenades, C4's, dynamite, TNT, and proximity bombs all over Nintendo buildings, and give SSBB's development team an ultimatium: Add Falco or we blow the living snot out of all of your facilities.

4. All Falco fans boycot against the purchase of SSBB.

It'll be a whole new character scheme with many new game mechanics, even if they kept all the old techniques I'd probably try out other characters, who knows, maybe there's one that I'll like better.

Seeing as how you know what was and wasnt intended for melee its safe to say you helped made the game right? Which means you can tell us if Falco is in brawl or not correct?

Just find a different character if falco isn't going to be in it. Theirs already 5 new characters plus all of the others to choose from. And even if some of those advanced moves aren't in brawl, then we can just find new ones and use them.

I think they'll keep him . The characters I know they're taking out are the IC's, G & W, and Y. Link. Putting in Windwaker Link, Baby Bowser/Shadow Mario, and some people say Ridley....? I don't know...But I'm sure they'll keep falco.

He doesn't, no one does except Sakurai, the dev team and probably Kojima. Those are fairly good guesses though. I think Dr. Mario will probably get the axe because he's the cloniest of clones, its pretty obvious that there wasn't much time spent into making him (even though he's an awesome character and probably better than Mario in terms of gameplay). I really don't see falco getting removed though... he's the second most recognizeable character of the Starfox series (him and maybe star wolf), and you know nintendo is going to be adding characters from its different games so if anything falco will most likely be in there and another new starfox character as well.

On a side note... Mathos can we expect you to be champion of the next feared/overpowered SSB projectile?

Well if the creater of Brawl is smart he will put FALCO back.....cause i think he is the most played with Character in Tourneys! My friend Shogun went to the INSOMNIA IV tourney and he said almost everyone there used Falco or Fox or Falcon! But everyone in the world know's that Fox is Grap and no where near the lever as Falco! If they take Falco off then i will have to Move SUMAS up to my Number 1 or Luigi but then again i am gonna pick up snake to my team!
