No down B for you?

Something Im not completely understanding here...
When I use kirby and use down B and then immediately try to cancel it lags to like 250 frames before I can cancel
Sometimes I cant even cancel until I hit the ground, whats going on here?

There's a set amount of time after executing Stone before you can cancel out of it early. This cancel-opportunity is much shorter when Stone collides with something (such as a character, shield, platform, etc).

It shouldn't lag for that many frames, but you can't cancel immediately. Maybe you're pressing the wrong button.
