No cheat file found

I'm trying to load off a usb, I've used both USB Loader GX and CFG Loader

Neither of them seem to recognize I have the cheat file in the code directory

Help please?

On CFG Loader make sure you have Ocarina turned on, otherwise it won't read the codes.

I have ocarina codes enabled but it is still saying no cheat file is found. I have the codes from the site downloaded into the codes folder
