NJ Smash Scene, read dis

This thread is mainly directed at Melee players. I'm moving back in to New Brunswick for the college semester this weekend, I need you guys to come play me this year. I don't want to hear "LOLOL COME TO THIS TOURNAMENT/SMASHFEST" as a response to this thread. If there's a tournament or a smashfest, and I can go to it, I'll be there but there is a good chance I won't be able to go to many with school stuff to do and there aren't Melee tournaments very frequently. For Melee I need to play more than once a month for a few hours. And even if I go to a tournament I can't be playing friendlies all the time and I'll probably be playing trash if I don't get to play Melee consistently. I don't want to quit smash because I don't get to play it frequently. If you all love this game so much, PROVE it and come to play me in it.

Monday's through Thursdays I'll be free after 6 PM till late and Fridays I'll be free from 3 PM till late. I can probably house people Friday nights if I know you. If you're only coming to play me in Brawl I'm not going to house you unless you can't come ever ever during the year for some reason w/o getting housing because I'm not going to have the patience to play that many hours of that game. The New Brunswick train station is nearby to anyone who wants to come.

Spam, I'm picking Melee back up. I would gladly come if you feel it's worth helping me to learn and teaching me Melee. I would want to play a little Brawl, but not abundantly.

This sounds fun, I need training for Pound4! Maybe I can meet up with Haley (when he's not memorizing his books LMAO) and go there. I get out of work @ 6 anyway and can just take NJ transit.

lolol, you can't say it's a lot more fun when you haven't played me in Melee. I also didn't say you can't come, I just said you don't get to stay from Friday to Saturday because I won't be willing to play that much Brawl.

yea i know XD i would want to pick up melee and learn/get good fast but i have a lota other games going on + gota do alota life stuff. melee was the reason i got into competitive games . golden ages , but since brawl is what i know i like most other ppl stick to it

lmao, I think it's ironic that Eazy is quitting Melee as the scene is rising back up. Now that Melee players are starting to begin respecting Brawl players, a lot of them, including me, are willing to give the Melee community a shot and try their game. Melee is getting huge again.

Try to gather more than yourself though spam. The more people the merrier. If you hold a smashfest and I got the dough I'm definitely down to play you in melee. Or someone should hold a "Teczero goes to RU" charity cuz I'm a poor person you know.

We do after all have the best fox dittos in the nation.

I don't mind fighting low tiers. If I ever get bored of fighting Zelda w/top tiers I can practice my low tiers
