Well this is my custom character from Phantasy Star Online 2 a SEGA game, so maybe you're onto something...

If possible, a ton of unique normals

Normal Goku should have some stuff, but Kid Goku would have been my choice. I'm a bit more worried about Base Vegeta, since SS1 Vegeta already uses a handful of attacks from the Saiyan and Namek Sagas. And Blue Vegeta has like two of those moves too, on top of the Galick Gun.

Vegeta has the Dirty Fireworks and Great Ape transformation.

There's some other obscure techniques he used in the Namek saga though. But they all boil down to being beams and blasts.

I feel if they added Bojack, Zangya and his other lackeys would be a part of his moveset. I mean, he's got a few moves outside of that, but I can see that being a big gimmick of his. Hell the movie, Gohan was taking them on 4 v 1 till Bojack got serious, it kind of plays into them being a team I feel. That and the string trap thing they did a bunch is their main move.

I don't like Caulifla at all, but she'd only really work as Kefla, since she doesn't have a ton of moves to actually pull from.

And you guys know I'd already would want Videl, Roshi and Uub.

True. Dirty Fireworks would be a good level 1 candidate. I do really like the Great Ape idea, but I don't know if they'd go for it.

If Goku Black/Fused Zamasu are anything to go by I imagine we will get Kale and Caulifla together as a team and then later Kefla as a seperate character.
