VL Ike is really good.
He is really good until you get late in the game, where there are better red sword heroes.

Well you don't need to put that in spoilers. It was worth the 6 years of teasing imo. Though like Civil War, you kind of need to watch pretty much all of the movies to get an idea of what's going on.

Also I just realized this is the only Avengers movie I ended up liking, 1 and AoU were eh to me

Base Goku can have ones against Piccolo in the Tournament Arena (Meteor Combination BAYBEEEE).

As well as a special intro with base Vegeta in the mountains.

I'd rather see a general Shonen Jump fighting game from ArcSys rather than a single franchise. But if I had to choose one then it'd be either Jojo, Naruto or Sailor Moon. Maybe HxH.

Anyways, the Japanese stream that talked about Zamasu also mentioned certain characters will be rebalanced soon.

I don't think anyone will disagree with any of these picks. Especially Gohan/16/Vegeta. Although Cell is conspicuously missing and he's considered the best character in the game right now.

Also interesting how Broly is already getting tweaked despite being so new.

Goku Black is very well balanced. (Aside from his 2H, maybe)

He's just overused.

I'm actually sad Yamcha isn't there, because right now he's pretty unviable (which I guess is accurate to canon lol.)

But tbh this goes for a lot of Super characters like Cabba and Frost. Jiren and Toppo have plenty material on their own at least.

Really, though, I do want to say this "tons of Goku" argument that people are using isn't the best one because it works on the same principal that clones do in Smash Bros. It requires far less effort to make clones than it is to make a whole new character.

And as far as representation goes, this game was in development before these Super girls and is based mainly off Z, and if you look at Z there aren't that many female characters in the spotlight to begin with. It's more about this is how the actual show is. Now Super did add more, and yes I'd love to see Arale, but this show is mainly based on iconic male characters so that's generally gonna happen.

I wouldn't mind seeing Zangya as well.

Normal Goku should have some stuff, but Kid Goku would have been my choice. I'm a bit more worried about Base Vegeta, since SS1 Vegeta already uses a handful of attacks from the Saiyan and Namek Sagas. And Blue Vegeta has like two of those moves too, on top of the Galick Gun.
