It isn't anyone. It's ****ing nobody. The joke is that in reality it's just a random drawing that Roger wants you guys to think is actually "porn" of someone in this thread.

You first meet Coricus in town, but she will be kidnapped oon the spot by a ghostly paw from the ground. Cliff will then rise slow from behind the counter, with a grin on his face.

The Health Vendor not only fully replenishes your health- it also sells you Health Upgrades.
