I was sorta hoping it'd be a new IP and/or a successor to Custom Robo of sorts. Although from what we had seen both have two very different gameplay styles anyway.

I love how differing these posts are and they were posted at the same time.

I'm probably a special case. Building **** is kind of my schtick, and I've fiddled with Google Cardboard kits for years now.

Fact I can put a Switch in one and put all the fiddly little sensors and HD rumble motors to work makes the engineer in me go eeeeeeeee.

If you aren't into that whole kind of thing then my reaction would probably seem alien. But I'm buying both kits hands down.

Thankfully didn't have any expectations for this announcement.

I do see this doing fairly well honestly. This is trying to emulate several toys kids use when they're little. I don't know if cardboard was the best way to implement it, but we'll see how it goes. I won't bother with it myself, but I do see the appeal in this.

It seems like Kimishima's statements about trying to get the Switch even to those who haven't played a videogame in their lives were true. This is definitely a step in that direction.

It doesn't change much.

Pneuma's animations in cutscenes and battles will take after whoever you chose, Rex will also occasionally call her by the name you chose, but those aren't a lot of cutscenes (the most changes are seen in the final scenes actually).

Sadly, Pneuma isn't around much, at least in cutscenes, until the ending.

I mean, at least it ain't dead. I thought that thing was ****in drowned in the river, tossed in a trunk of a car, and sent to be compacted in the dump. It looks a lot more innovative here then it did that E3. 2014? I can't remember.

I don't plan on getting Nintendo Labo anytime soon (and not just because I don't have a Switch anyway), but I am digging the concept. It's innovative, and I can easily see this appealing to some that I know simply because they like projects like this.
