Detective Pikachu has a 70% on RT.

I consider that a win, given how harsh movie critics are. Of course seems a lot of folks are angry/worried cause they expected like 90% scores lol.

Detective Pikachu breaks the bad videogame adaptations curse and we should be thankful for that. Here's to an age of good videogame adaptations

I was expecting around 80% but this is still fantastic to me (being the highest rated video game movie on Rotten Tomatoes topping the previous record by 19% is DEFINITELY no small feat)

Besides I don't fully bank on online reviewers as Pokémon fans will likely think differently than those who aren't .

All the negative criticism is more about the script, and noting that people not into the games and lore of Pokémon in general will feel lost. But peeps going with all knowledge of the series will have a blast finding the references.
Even in r/movies they claim that it will dethrone Endgame in Japan as the cinemas are stacked.

Honestly, thought the Alicia Vikander Tomb Raider movie was good. Am I the only one in this regard? The only problem I had with it was a boring villain. Sure it wasn't a huge commercial success, but it wasn't a strike against the source material either

Wasn't a critical success either with pretty low aggregate scores.

I'm glad Detective Pikachu is looking good, but....I mean, *looks at Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva* That one wasn't a bad movie.

Geez, despite recently getting a new iPad, I still keep getting kicked out of Grand Order every little bit when I'm playing. At this point, I really don't know what is kicking me out when I'm playing. Tried seeing if it had something to do with the Password whenever it asks me to log back in and even after confirmation, it has still kicked me out. Thought it was the game itself when it mentioned about potentially crashing and to try turning Battle Cache to off and I did that, but it still keeps doing that. And I've tried common solutions like rebooting, updating, etc. But yet it still keeps shutting off on me. :glare:

It's funny cause in comparison to my android phone, it loads, updates, and etc much faster and whatnot. Yet it has never crashed or shut off what I'm doing on my phone.
