Here's the thing; 9 times out of 10 if somebody is swearing in another language, they're doing so to avoid the filter. It's one thing if they don't speak in English here at all. It's another if they clearly do. In this case, it was an obvious attempt.

Which is why we've given solely a verbal warning from the start instead of harsher. Let's please be more courteous of the rules. There's no reason to try to get around the swear filter bar a case where the word is relevant to the conversation. Yes, some people are literally named ****, like our bad guy Dastardly. That's one of the few cases where it makes sense in context. Most of the time, it doesn't.

It isn't really something that's practical to do, since the main language here is English. So there's not really any other way to handle something like that.

I think you need to make sure dumbass and the R slur get properly filtered first. Not to mention when Pokemon did that it restricted stuff like Spike as a nickname because it contains Dutch slang for penis

Regardless if it was public or not it's not like I'm wrong. Especially when this site fails to ban actual slurs but sees the Dutch word for hag and then SUDDENLY language is a problem

If you actually think we were talking about the word "hag", you have a serious misunderstanding. It was the swear word that means female dog that it translated to for us, and we had an issue with. Does that mean the translator is being an issue or did you mean to type in that particular word in Dutch? I want to make sure we know what's going on before we make any deicsions.

That said, I do agree the slurs are an issue and we are discussing how to handle it. Might take a while, and I apologize for the inconvenience of waiting.

Trust me, I initially DID say swears and then I thought "Wait no that's censor dodging and I'll be in trouble if they catch that".

If we keep JP's release schedule we're getting Kid Goku, LR Caulifla/Kale AND Transforming Trunks, all units I'd definitely pull for (not to mention Gogeta on Trunks' banner) all after 4th anniversary, no real breaks in between. I'm starting to debate if I go all out for Baby Vegeta/GT Trio, or just leave those stones to use on Caulifla's banner and maybe get lucky and pull any of the three.

We could get some of them before the anniversary too which is also really annoying.

Reminder SoV has more official art released than Fates had in all this time.
Seriously, why the **** would they not show th artwork for every unit? Why do they keep this **** as if it's some international secret?

Kozaki did state that the book wasn't going to have official arts for all the Fates characters and apologized for it because of his busy schedule.

I'm guessing he'll have a part 2 of the artbook planned? I'm only just theorizing and wishing this since he hasn't stated anything about it, but I can kinda see it happening, especially if the 2nd art book has a certain theme to it like it focuses on Revelation or Heirs of Fate (the latter would fit well to include official arts for the rest of the 2nd Gen characters since the DLC is all about them).

On a more positive note regarding the Fates art book, I like the new official art for some of the characters that didn't get one prior so far.

Subaki has my favorite of the new ones shown so far, with Reina as my runner-up. Kozaki really nails it with both of them!

Kagero (actually a dignified art that does not emphasize her more... prominent features)
Flora (a reflection of Felicia's official art, but with a face that just makes me go, "Rem, is that really you?"

Selkie (the 2nd image in the tweet shows her official art; also looks pretty decent)

I'm still hoping we get a part 2 of the art book because I just want to see official art for my boys Shiro, Kaden, and Laslow.

1. Oh yeah, I guess a main venture of GOTG3 is searching for Gamora. I didn't like the idea of bringing her back, because it wastes all of her character development. Unless she magically restores them, all that progress is lost.

2. Fat Thor going with the GOTG may mean this one won't pose any physical challenges since he's ****ing Thor despite his BMI. Then again...

3. Adam Warlock. **** man, now that he's not bound to the Infinity Stones, I wonder what they'll do with him. Maybe they'll make him a kind of Sentry?

You mentioned Sentry. No need to spoil because he's not in the MCU and probably will never be. The gimmick of Sentry is that he was there the whole time through all main Marvel events. I mean, he clearly wasn't. If Universal gives in and makes World War Hulk a film, you can bet your ass Sentry will be likely to show up then for how crucial he is, but with the gimmick is that he was always a part of saving the day as in the comics, it may be different.

Ruffalo has one more movie in the contact to fulfill. I hope it's either World War Hulk, Civil War 2 where he dies in the comics, or Secret Wars where somehow Cho gets the Totally Awesome Hulk.

I hate the Totally Awesome part, but I can't lie when I say that Savage Cho Hulk as a villain by the end of Cho's story arc is ****ing amazing. A great read.
