Sometimes I talk to family. Sometimes I listen to the music that I get emotional from. Sometimes I do video games. Sometimes I watch comedies or funny TV series or animes that I really enjoy. Sometimes I just relax and try to create video game worlds in my mind. I guess for me, it just varies.

I try to let whatever's bothing me fall behind in the past, and/or, if the issue persists, just keep moving forward.

Sometimes I just dive into one of my hobbies like gaming, reading books, or watching one of my favorite animated shows as a distraction, too.
It's not a long-term effective method of dealing with low spirits, but it can help raise my mood temporarily at least, and better yet it actually helps clear my mind at times.

Good question, my good egg. These are my options:

1. Sleep it off. I have narcolepsy anyway.
2. Gospel/inspirational and even Christian hop-hop is good for the soul.
3. Play my ever-expanding library of video games.
4. Take a walk somewhere.
5. This one is related to how I envy most of y'all here having Ultimate and I do not. What would I do? Stay away from these boards indefinitely and be a workaholic until I get a chance to play. Shikashi, having this lovely blue name is a nice touch and I do not want it to go to waste. So, I shall stay for a while longer. Besides, reading up on competitive impressions is something I can do here to prepare.
