Forest Temple has been pretty easy and a lot of fun too.
Still my personal favorite temple.

Hard act to follow, though. Except for:

Is it sad that I think that Phantom Ganondorf is leagues easier to beat than a few Stalfos enemeis?
That.

Phantom Ganon is fun, but I like him less compared to the rest of the temple bosses (and the real deal).

Doesn't make him bad, just means that the fights pretty much only get better from here.

So what was the origin of thenightmare fuel Garfield?
You mean this?
This guy has been doing them. But I think they're based on some old concept art that's been laying around forever.

EDIT: lol I didn't notice he credited the guy in his tweet.

I see what you mean there.
On a side-note though, this also references my earlier posts with my frustration concerning the Stalfos enemies. It took me many tries before I was able to counter their playstyle effectively. It was very frustrating and felt like I was fighting a boss all on its own.

Ok, so aside from the Stalfos enemies, Forest Temple has been pretty easy and a lot of fun too. Almost at the final boss.

Forest Temple is actually my favorite as well the more I think about it. Although I think all the Temple's in OoT are fun to go through. Even the Water Temple that I didn't have much trouble with on my second playthrough and onwards.

This was funny for all the wrong reasons.
There was a problem fetching the tweet
"When I was learning armbars she was learning the alphabet" You guys are literally the same age.

You can tell Vince wrote this.
It’s like Vince wants Becky to murder Ronda verbally every time

Oh I know he’s doing them cause I follow the guy on twitter.

I wanna see the concept art!
It's this. https://twitter.com/41Strange/status/1060010804257316864

Won't embed because, yeah, creepy.

I still think the Water Temple is one of the better designed ones, but clunky mechanics from the original held it back a tad.

Remake fixed those, thankfully.

Yeah, OoT's temples are all pretty enjoyable (though the Shadow Temple falls a bit flat once you realize it's really linear and kinda relies on its horror elements to mask that). Even the Water Temple is way less frustrating in the 3DS version, since you can map the Iron Boots to an inventory spot and just press X or Y or tap a spot on the bottom screen to take them on and off.

Fun fact: I actually figured out the Water Temple when I was like...10, I think I was. Even got that key in the chamber beneath the central column by using spacial reasoning to realize there had to be an entrance at the bottom! Still don't know how I pulled it off.

I liked it in the original as well. Well minus the constant pausing to switch from Iron/Kokri Boots. The 3 levels of water gimmick was done well. Although it's funny because Master Quest Water Temple is actually easier IIRC.

I actually finished the Water Temple as well when I was 8-10 years old. Took me a long time to figure it out but I realized the tricks with the platforms and how moving the water levels would access new areas.

Funny because I actually struggled with the Great Bay Temple from MM a whole lot more than I did OoT's Water Temple. That makes the WT look like a cakewalk in comparison.

Oh you're gonna have a lotta those.

Wait'll you meet the Gerudo. :awesome:

A tad? Iron Boots alone sunk it.

You're right though. Promoting those to proper item in the remake was the wisest move they made. Water switch puzzles were still a bit tedious, but the Water Temple was alright after that.

(though the Shadow Temple falls a bit flat once you realize it's really linear and kinda relies on its horror elements to mask that)
I mean yeah, yeah I guess it does. I'd have to double-check to formulate a proper opinion, but that's at minimum fair on its face.

Between it and its well counterpart though it still has a lot of fascinating mechanics and concepts, and especially retains some of the best temple setpieces in the game (boat of the damned, dead hand, personally fond of the guillotines too but we might be stretching setpiece at that point).

God that’s creepy... but it begs the question... what happened to Odie?
Nothing good.

Funny because I actually struggled with the Great Bay Temple from MM a whole lot more than I did OoT's Water Temple.
That's because navigating the ****** was like being flushed from a toilet, only to land in a somehow smaller and ****tier toilet, back and forth, endlessly, forever, until you hatemurdered the world's douchiest fish.

Great Bay Temple was a very pretty temple compared to the Water Temple's mostly monochrome blues. Zora Mask made for very fun swimming mechanics (which other parts of the Great Bay region and Stone Tower Temple used better). But my praise for it kind of starts and stops there. It's one of the things I personally despise the most in my favorite Zelda title.

The only thing I dislike about the Detective Pikachu movie is how he looks. I don't understand why most live-action adaptations have to make things such as fur or eyes hyper realistic like it's a creepypasta. It's unnecessary.

Yeah, Mr. Mime and Jigglypuff especially look like those mock ups people make to be creepy.

But he is one. Goku is only 5'9" for reference, and since he's shorter, that's a big yikes from all the gym bros.
He is, it's just that it's kinda easy to forget when nowadays Toei just makes him taller than he is.

Or Bulma just got shorter.

That's literally any pro-wrestling match but replace with that name with literally anyone else's.
Trust me...it’s not literally any pro-wrestling match (once you’ve seen or been apart of a dead crowd, you know not everything will get a reaction)

As for names itself...also no

Detective Pikachu is number one trending on YouTube with 363000 likes and 16000 dislikes. That’s pretty damn impressive

Yeesh, 12 million? Yeah that's a yikes from me.

The way the thread is reacting is hilarious though. Haven't seen that much rage since Diablo Mobile, and that was only a week or two ago.
They’re too angry and ragey to understand whatever life lesson there is here...bright side...

Do people not realize loveroms made bank off their ads? On top of he fact the owner and his wife probably had actual jobs too.

He knew what he was getting into when he did this so I don’t understand the rage. Nor do I honestly care. If it was like apple for examples they would charge triple that easily

And this is why you should never pirate.
Pirating is stealing, and Nintendo has a right to sue.
Also Nintendo did make a deal with them too.

Actually buy the games instead of illegally downloading them. Same thing with movies.
