Between the Capcom Beat 'Em Up Collection and NES Online I've been playing a lot of beat 'em ups lately.

It's a genre I've mostly ignored until now. Glad to be able to experience the games now as they're pretty fun. Simple but still fun to play

River City Ransom is a surprisingly fun game.

Here's hoping Streets of Rage 4 delivers.

Tho, I admit, if R63 Malos happen and is a Mythra Clone end up being so popular that the XB2 notice it and decided to put this Malos as playable instead of the real one (with the excuse being that he is a different Malos from another dimension or some **** like that). I don't think I be very happy about that turn of event, 'cuz in a game with some much waifu, Malos is a breath of fresh air in general, and this is coming from someone who doesn't real mind story where alot of female character take the spotlight. (Plus, we wouldn't be able to hear of Malos's excellent voice English VA if he was a womam, and that be a crying shame since his voice is such a joy to listen to)

Until this ****** from an optional sidequest

Jesus, not only does he hits like a truck, but he recovers HP every turn and deals a variety of status effects including Poison. I will admit that I was a little under prepared though (lack of revival items, went into the fight with low PP.)

That said, I did turn things around and made up a strategy on the fly that involved summons, defense buffs and HP recovery.

This also made me realize I haven't had a game over of any sort yet.

That being said, the joke is in the name. The title was, "You've heard of Peachette and Bowsette, now get ready for..."

MHA season 3 final episode spoilers without context

Can't wait for Coldsteel the Hedgehog Peach.

That aside, I feel that while most of the variations are good, I feel the hair not being blonde is missing part of the joke. I mean, Peachette is basically Peach with Toadette's features and even retains the blonde hair. It mainly looks like Peach in a Toadette-styled outfit. It's like a bit of a mockery of people wanting Peach as a playable character, yet we get a Peach clone that has the features of Toadette to make the power-up look like something "lore/game-changing".

With the first Bowser Peach image/comic, it was once again Peach, but with Bowser's features and still keeping the blonde hair. And the comic jokes about how Mario and Bowser wanted Peach, but she refused them, leading to Bowser transformed into Peach for Mario, kinda like how we wanted Peach as a playable character, but the developers refused us and lead to Peachette. Like the different hair colors aren't bad at all and aren't out of place, just feels like a joke is being missed. So because I feel it adds to the joke, I like the artworks and variations that keep the blonde hair.

Also, got to post one that really got me laughing once I got the joke.

The optional bosses from The Lost Age are much harder really. They actually force you to grind and think strategically where as bosses from The Broken Seal can be felled with summon rushes.

Move Ivan out of the center of your party. His survivability will be much higher cause aoe moves will always hit the centre characters.

I don't know how to react to this, but what I know is, that's probably the only way I get more fanart to a character that come from of my favourite manga of all time.

well it was only a matter of time other characters get "ette" afied with the crown, though they more or less got one shotted

but king boo actualy wears a crown, so theres a similarity to get attached there, sorta like the comic that got inspired by the ending of odyssey

and since it lead to a cute ghost peach, and people like cute ghosts and the peach craze as of lately with a fitting similarity of to match the crown with king boo and voila, internet craze or some **** :V

probably went in way to indepth over internets craves lol

I found the Alucard Shield... 5 minutes later I had beaten the game. That ending actually had me somewhat emotional.

Symphony of the Night is good, really good. It's classic Metroidvania and as a fan of Super Metroid, it gave me about what I'd expect.
While I like the idea of the Inverted Castle, it kinda becomes a bit pointless to even fight enemies after you get so many powerups that make avoiding them easier.
Still, I had a great time with it, Alucard was just a very fun character to play as, between all his weapons, tranformations, spells and whatnot.

Tried out Richter Mode for a bit and I gotta say I like him more lol. Richter is just so damn fast and his slidekick is super fun, too bad he's made of tissue paper.
It's also kinda funny just how much Simon really did take from him for Smash, the only move that I still don't know where it came from is the stall-and-fall DAir.

I totally get what you're saying, I also would just hate being in the spolight in front of millions of peoples one day without any warning, just because I drawn a sexy girl or made a funny joke that got out of control.

That's why I can't help but feel sorry for the artist who made the Bowsette comic, getting this much attention after being a nobody on the internet for some time must be really scary, I hope he doesn't get problems from peoples who are getting sick of the Bowsette fanart.

One thing for sure, he may feel overwhelmed right now, and could regret coming up with this in the first place, but it was just something fun at first, it wasn't his intention for it to be distorted to such levels where there's probably a bunch of NSFW and **** about it. But well, it is the internet, so, what else is to expect? The Eggette/Omelette one probably felt the same, and Gregzilla with the use of his adorable derpy Knuckles for a tiresome meme at the beginning of 2018.

I definitely remember that one. That was around when I was new to the Internet and forums in particular. So other than just the image, I didn't know anything about it other than it being the "lolwut" Pear.

That being said, it doesn't beat the Darth Vader putting water into a bottle "Sense? This makes none." image.

If I can give 5 cents, one of the many reasons Queen Booette got popular is because that, King Boo is Luigi nemesis, so since Mario nemesis got changed into a monster girl peach. Some peoples felt that a ghost peach would probably go very well for Luigi so that he doesn't feel lonely, so they decided to make fanart of Queen Boo and the rest was history.

That's my view on it anyway, I'm as surprised as you on this one.

He just didn't expect that it got like 1 million tweets on his character and three artists working on 3 differents manga making fanart of Bowsette, like, that's just crazy, no matter how you slice it.

Nobody complained about Omelette because her design is actually really consistent with the Classic Sonic style, as is the concept behind her character.

Basically everyone unironically wants to see her become a real thing in a potential Sonic Mania 2.

Yeah, Omelette was popular because he concept and design could go into a official Sonic game, and nobody would bat an eye. Meanwhile, Bowsette would really only work in a RPG, where crazy scenario are no strangers, like, after time travelling, going inside a turtle-dragon body, getting your idendity stolen, a girl breaking her neck ala Exorcist, etc...Bowsette seem quit normal compared to all of that. Really, just tone down the fanservice part of Bowsette and you got a concept that with the right scenario and writting, would work perfectly for a Mario RPG.
