There's an awful lot more I want to say about this whole situation and the complaints people are making about how the site is moderated, but I feel like I need to hold a lot of it back because of this red banner. I like helping out around the place, but it does get stifling at times like this.

The most I can do is just make note of the problems people are reporting, and see if I can get anything done about them. Can't promise I'll get anywhere with them, but we'll see.

But what defines "off topic" is what confuses me the most. Because a lot of the time it happens to be off topic, and when it does get on topic it's usually just talking about other games or "where my leaks at?" so I figured doing a simple joke wouldn't be too bad.

Eh, I'm on a different forum that tries this whole neutrality **** with a "No politics" rule. The mods are VERY lax on if political themes of a show get discussed but if they catch even a smidge of nazi propaganda, permabanned. This site can do so much better but it's like the staff doesn't care. "Someone's trying to use their premium rights? Won't talk to them, instead we'll remove premium bonuses so people will want to pay us less so we die". Also, adding more slurs to the swear filter wouldn't hurt but that would take effort

I still don't like the whole "political neutrality" because I know that it just means "LGBTphobia is a political opinion"

Last night in Fire Emblem Heroes, I accumulated 20 orbs, so I decided to pull from first CYL banner to see if I could get another Brave Ike so that my Nowi could finally get Steady Breath. I got no Brave Ikes in those 20 orbs, but I got another 20 orbs from the special September deal you could buy in-game.

In my first summoning of those added orbs, I finally got another Brave Ike! I can finally work on completing my Nowi build now that she has Steady Breath!

I used the rest of my orbs to see if I could get Brave Hector, and behold:

The mighty Marquess of Ostia finally appeared to me! That's great!

His IVs ended up being +Atk -Def. It's a mixed bag. On the one hand, he got one of his best boons. On the other hand, he got one of his worst banes (because it gives him 36 base Defense at the highest, which is the same base Defense as my Hardin).

I'm still going to pull from the CYL2 banner until it ends in the hopes of getting a better natured Brave Hector. If I don't get a good-nature Brave Hector, I might use this one. We'll see.

But on the bright side last night, at least my Nowi will finally be complete soon now that she finally got Steady Breath! It's been long overdue, but that's what happens when you haven't been able to summon another Brave Ike for quite a while until just recently!

Reddit I can't vibe with because it's practically an entire echo chamber of angst, complaining, self-stroking ego or otherwise. Do people actually use the Smashboards discord, though? I feel as if people would rather use the forums, but I dunno if that'd be the case or not.
