The more and more I partake in discussion on r/XenobladeChronicles, the more and more I realise how poorly handled Rex, Pyra, and Mythra's portrayals were handled.

Well, mostly Rex. The issues with Pyra and Mythra were always pretty apparent, but it's only now I'm realising how fundamentally flawed his characterisation and "development" is after Chapter 1.

God, I wish this game was "Nia & Mórag's Extravagant Adventure ft. Thunderbolt Zeke".

From what I can gather from Ubisoft and watching some interviews, I'm having doubts Peppy Hare or any other Star Fox character will be a playable pilot in Starlink: Battle for Atlas.

Ubi has stated the game will have 10 pilots. 6 of them (one is Fox) are on the official website and I see 4 others in toy sets. Plus I don't see the Peppy, Slippy, or Falco team offering any experiences you can't get with Fox (they all have the same ships for starters).

So I think that IGN video quote is just an error.

I like to think the reason Peach uses the title of princess instead of queen is because the Mushroom Kingdom has some kind of constitutional monarchy--albeit one where the royal family still has some say in the government--and used to have an absolute monarchy in the distant past that the citizens grew to resent. It lets her be a beloved leader and help out her people while still reassuring them that no, she isn't going to try and rule with an iron fist, unlike that lunatic from the next country over.

Why does Bowser always try to kidnap her in particular instead of any other officials? Well, he's got an irrational, one-sided crush on her.

So Saints Row 3 is getting ported to Switch.

First of all, why this and not 4?

Second of all, what do y'all think of the game because r/nintendoswitch are pretty divided. Either 3 was the peak or the start of the franchise's downfall. I do know 4 was the one with all the superpowers and apparently 3 is almost as wild. But not everyone liked that, evidently.

GAMESCON HIGHLIGHTS!
-Our hotel was next door to a kebab store
-Smash was the first thing we did, didn't get used to Ridley but he was fun. Ganon feels GOOOOOOD
-Played some of the Monster Boy demo, it was lengthy but kinda meh
-Played Fist of the North Star, fun as hell and I didn't expect an English dub. Also I could play for as much as I wanted
-Some friends tried Team Sonic Racing, the demo didn't even have multiplayer lmfaooooo
-Those friends found a bar with video game themed drinks, the only names they remember are Assassin's Colada and Sex with Peach
-Those very same friends tried Assassin Creed Odyssey. The demo crashed so hard they had to reset the console
-Tried getting to the Starlink demo but I was tired, hungry and thirsty and the line didn't budge for half an hour
-A friend suggested we eat at McDonald's for dinner as he hasn't been for 3 years. Other friend goes "Bull**** you got 2 sundaes there today"
-Late night bull**** like blasting Rick Astley with open windows
-Tried to check out the DMCV demo the next day, the waiting line was 5 ****ing hours minimum
-Played DBFZ Switch with a random guy, busted his ass so hard with dummy wakeup Final Flashes and ****, we could play another match as nobody was in line but he didn't want to
-Played the other section of Monster Boy's demo which had the frog form, holy **** did I love that, though that portion was very short

Oh yeah: probably should of mentioned, but work was quite long yesterday. Thankfully, I powered through it despite it feeling quite longer then normal.

Human demo was kinda eh for the most part, sword swinging is odd as you can't really do a 3 hit combo, but there's a downward stab and while that takes a but to start up, not only do you bounce from enemies, but you stun close enemies, The demo was getting to the right side of the screen, using Iron Boots to go underwater to find a shield and then backtrack to progress and then fight a biss. Frog portion though, mmmmm. Fast paced tongue grappling was exhilarating, there's still a regular sword strike which froze water so you could climb up a waterfall and some puzzles with bombs and jump boxes/pads and the tongue. Amazing!

Yeah, so it seems the best part will be anything involving transformations, I hope they fix the human portion to make it more interesting.

Also, you didn't answer my question. Did you or did you not eat me?
