If Skull Kid, Geno and Isaac are indeed playable then this game would be pretty much perfect and I’d be completely ok with Bomberman being an assist trophy.

All the music talk reminds me of some songs I wanna see in Smash.

Fire Emblem:
-Twilight of the Gods
-What Lies at the End
-Road Taken (Roar)
-Dusk Falls (Fire)
-Alight (Storm)
-Park of the Hero-King

Sonic:
-Lava Reef Zone
-Final Egg
-Werehog Battle Theme
-Studiopolis Zone
-Hard-Boiled Heavies Theme
-Fist Bump
-Park Avenue
-Infinite

Xenoblade:
-Unfinished Battle
-Riki the Legendary Heropon
-Night Before the Decisive Battle
-Battle (XC2)
-You Will Recall Our Names
-Counterattack
-Deathmatch With Torna
-Giga Rosa
-Gormott
-Roaming the Wastes

Mega Man X (since we know we can get music from it at least):
-Sigma Castle 2 (X1)
-Sky Lagoon
-X VS Zero (X5)
-Izzy Glow (Shining Firefly)

Probably a lot more I could list especially for characters from new franchises I want to see, but this will do.

It's interesting how Nintendo makes amazing quality games like Ultimate... but when it comes to anything related to social media or online stuff, they are so hesitant and vague about their features on this that it just makes them look bad.

It seems like a complete 180 from the Wii U era where while the games were still great and they had actual social media features (Miiverse being the most prominent) and the Virtual Console, the Wii U just didn't sell well enough on its own to make much of an impact.

What happened, Nintendo? You're doing so great with the Switch right now except when it comes to online features that it boggles my mind. And yeah: I plan on buying the online service, but only for the ability to be able to actually play Splatoon 2 and Ultimate for the most part and nothing else.
I can look at your complaint or skepticism on two perspectives when it comes to social media and online.

When it comes to social media, I don't really see why Nintendo's own social media like the Miiverse should return... then again I get that Miiverse has been beloved by so many. Not to mention Nintendo Switch while is a handheld too, but you already go other huge social medias like Twitter and Facebook, so no I never have wish for a new social media being introduced for Switch. What I want though is the ability to communicate with my Switch friends more easily by sending text messages to them, which this also ties to their online service to some extent.

As for online, totally understandable and it's probably the only really flag I give for Nintendo next to save data back for Switch. On the other hand though, you should know that their online service is pretty cheap so I personally never expect them to offer that much of service. Hopefully Nintendo can slowly build it up and make it better.

As for your last statement, to some extent that's probably the reason why Nintendo hasn't rush out the online service because there isn't much online games for the service to support, and free online games like Fortnite aren't affect by the service so that's a plus.

Also if you need that chat so bad, Discord is your friend.

As good as the Switch is, it's a pretty rushed system. Also, I can't really explain why they downgraded from Wii U from NNIDs back to friendcodes and all these other social features, sometimes Nintendo gonna Nintendo.
No, it isn't a rushed system... when it comes to the console itself and the games at least.

As for a game console solely, Nintendo is doing the right thing, I can tell they just aren't too familiar with how online service, and I never expect them to immediately advance to the levels of Playstation Network and Xbox Live that fast.

The voice chat thing is very weird too, like it's 2018 let people chat with however they want.
Yeah, this is where I totally agree, still, ever heard of Discord?

Pretty much, yeah: why bother with the friend codes and needing a phone to do voice chat? It just seems silly, even coming from someone who's simply been observing this.

Nintendo needs to get their act together on this at some point, especially when it seems like they put in cloud saves to avoid this service being a complete controversy...
Again, that's only for Splatoon 2 which is a game you don't really even need voice chat to play well. And Fortnite has voice chat in already, so congrats Nintendo... you played yourself...

As for cloud saves, its nice to see them adding it, but it suck that it's only behind paywall, they should give us limited cloud saves for free.
It's because Nintendo is doing well with the Switch that they aren't improving on certain things like online infrastructure. As long as their games hare hyped by the Nintendo community, and as long as they are at least halfway decent, their games and system will sell well and they can let the cash stockpile.

That and they're apparently putting a lot of money into movies and theme parks and stuff but that's not something we're really seeing the results of just yet.

It's far easier and cost effective for them to spend their free time chasing down ROM sites and the like than actually improving their services.
Um... assumptions again I guess? Especially the last one, not sure why Nintendo chasing down ROM sites has to down with on holding with the Online... that was never the case, moreover like this is completely two separate things.

It sucks and Nintendo somewhat has to blame for this but, Nintendo barely started their online infrastructure back in 2011 when the Nintendo Network started. I remember I watch DYG video about Wii U where they were the folks from Nintendo never knew how the online networks work. So while I do hope Nintendo should refine their online service more better, anyone who demands Nintendo's Online service to reach to the level of Xbox Live and PS Network now is somewhat delusional in my own personal opinion.

And I hope this doesn't trigger a huge controversy, just gonna post my thoughts:
Why This Symbol Appears In So Many Japanese Games
Since posting the thumbnail will violate the thread rules, I'll just post the title and link.

And yes, even me before learning the WWII history, I know that Manjis have been on not only temples in Japan, any east Buddhism temples actually. I have seen Manjis appear in many temples in my country.

So should Japan change it? I personally don't think it's necessary.

Today I thought about how with Smash 4, the newcomers were basically a wide open forest. Candidates were beyond countable, there were so many! 3rd parties, even the most obscure 1st parties.

But with Smash Ultimate, it does feel like we're down to 10 or less potential, likely-in-the-slightest newcomers, after years of past speculation and now months of current speculation if my little tangent is making sense.
Absolutely NOT a bad thing, in my opinion, it's honestly something very relieving for me and truly feels "Ultimate".
Just something I wanted to toss in after not posting for a few days!

No, not at all. Everything I've said is exactly how they operate. Nintendo are a corporation just like any other and will operate under basic business practices. That's a fact.

It's absolutely not a coincidence that Nintendo is coming down so hard on ROM sites all of a sudden when they are just about to launch their dumb NES game rental service that they really need to force people to buy into at this point because nobody genuinely wants it. Nintendo could have taken down these sites years ago but never did because they were never seen as a threat. But when they decide to launch a service so bad that nobody wants it, instead of improving it, they are just gonna take down ROM sites because they provide an objectively better service.

Can your Leon still beat this?
My Leon has 49 Atk with the Brave Bow+ and Atk+3 seal; Death Blow and Odd Atk Wave add another 12, and two Drive Attacks from allies give another +6, for a total Atk stat of 67.
Chill Def knocks your total 47 Def down to 40; 67 Atk - 40 Def = 27x2 damage, enough to kill Grima with total precision.

Or, as was suggested, I can just plonk Arden with Panic Ploy somewhere, at which point even someone like Odin could deal with him... maybe.

Lemme upload some photos and I'll get back to you on that. I'm always up for seeing other people's teams, though. :)

I'd rather stay alive?
What an unfortunate conflict of interests.
