The funny thing is that I like do like Doroach. Squeak Squad was my first DS game specifically because I liked the Kirby series back then. He's my second favorite character to play in Star Allies after Marx.
But apparently because I like Marx that little bit more. Bam. Not a Kirby fan

Nintendo had their latest sales meeting today. DKCTF and Mario Tennis Aces both over a million. Apparently Labo also has 1,39 m units combined. XC2 with 1,42 m units, best of Monolith Soft.
(And ARMS finally over 2m).
Switch is at 19,67 million units.

Nintendo quarterly data is out, and with it even more interesting news:
-Switch sales are now at 19.67M, Software sales are at 86.93M
-Tropical Freeze and Mario Tennis Aces broke the 1M mark, selling 1.4M and 1.38M respectively.
-ARMs just broke the 2M mark, landing at 2.01M
-Pokémon SM got a slight boost this quarter, but is just short of surpassing RS' total sales (0.01M off!).
-Pokémon USUM has now surpassed Platinum's total sales (7.6M), selling 7.72M units. It's now the second best selling third version/revisit, behind B2W2 (8.52M).
-Pokémon Switch's (2019) release date has been slightly changed: It's now coming late 2019 rather then the second half.
-Animal Crossing New Leaf is now the best selling title in the series (at 11.78M), beating out Wild World by 0.03M.
All in all, despite not having as many games, it was still a good quarter for Nintendo. The Switch is still selling strong and its major titles are still doing well, I look forward to seeing how Smash and Lets Go changes things up.

another meteorite struck, this one containing very valuable plasteel (basically super and flexible steel) whats with our planet and meteorites? or are we just a crash heavy zone? i have no idea but damn these things fall all the damn time
and now with the rescue party
shiny entered a sad wonder just right before they reached the refugee, honestly it really wasn't of anything he was at normal mood, shiny just breaks easy, ya the reason why he did was because he hasn't gone bionic/super powers yet lol, oh well at least it didn't disrupt their travel
and now the glory part
theres the refugee in plain view, dug down in a ditched horribly wounded and dying in just 8 hours
and shes guarded by 2 scythers mechs, really nasty fellows that have the highest melee damages possible and futuristic guns that can blow off a limb, their sleeping ya, but as soon as we get close they might wake up and if they jump us ooooooh all three of them are screwd
plus mechs don't feel pain, they can't heal wounds either as a bonus but they don't flea and they don't go into shock, meaning you literally have to terminate these ******** if ya want to kill them, and being machines they have some nasty defense
and thats not all
to the right theres also a kinda nasty infestation of space bugs basically, we dealt with a good amoutn off these damn things but well...ya theres a lot more here, 2 spiders, 2 scorpions, and 4 scarbs all right there
so basically, holland is literally between a hard place, man killing robots, and human devouring and cutting insects, holy **** this person had a terrible day
so.....honestly i would of probably just ditched this, this is a horrible situation and would o just said **** this and not risk total annilation.....however i realize something, the bugs and the robots are not the same fraction, meaning they are hostile to eachother
as you can see by my poor outline there, if we were able to antagonize the robots and hide away the robots might just piss off the bugs instead of us and they'll kill eachother!
figuring that was our best shot i moved uni and praline forward, couldn't control shiny because hes still sad wandering
praline here taking fire at a down mech, and woke it up to which they hid away in a hidey hole to not lose a limb
and success, all the other one had to do was threaten one shot and they pounced on them like a horde
it didn't work very well tbh, the bugs just tore apart the scythers, and they didn't actually lose very many, meaning it us prlaine and uni versus the remaining bugs
lucky enough ranged weaponry is better suited for a target that has to rush you down, and we have experience fighting these things, so we tore into them best we could

whelp battles over, its now time to check on up on everyone here, make sure everyones in tip top shape ya?
heres the refugee we rescued, katt actually derped shes a physicist, not a psychiatrist, whoops :V
though anyway shes a kind...psychopath? very interesting choice of traits lol, though oof shes in bad shape for wear, all serious wounds on her and bleeding out fast, utility shes a great researcher, crap at everything else, so considering we have red and shiny team, with cori and androobie as backups we have no use for her what so ever
but at alas the reason we came here was to rescue, not to recruit, besides the equipment and the tearing down of those mechs there will be plenty of rewards, useful useful stuff there~
and heres the rescue squads health
shiny got tore the hell up by a megaspider, it clawed the hell out of his ribs and made a giant gash in his neck, though besides that it only did light damage else where, i guess it couldn't get a great hit in before shiny went down, but still he got into shock and he lost a rib beyond repair, but it looks worst than it actually is, need to patch that neck as soon as possible
uni also had to face a megaspider and a megascorpion, but he fared much better by not being clouded and with pralines help, he got cut up pretty badly but nothing dying on over, will need some good heals though
and praline virtually got untouched, a scarab head butted her and thats about it, shes so fine that she didn't even need any healing at all, she walked it off
anyway we have two badly messed up people, and one on the virtue of death, we can't go anywhere till we recover ourselves, and the doctor is currently screaming in pain on the floor, so praline and uni had to do their best to make shelther to stick around for, a small hut and some quality beds to sustain themselves to recover before they make the trip home
sadly thanks to combating the plague and the flu our medical suppliies ran short, i supplied them with as much as possible but it only amounted to 11 herbs to take, so it needed to be used sparingly, on top of that both praline and uni know nothing to healing so we just kinda have to hope shiny gets back on his feet
oh well look at that, what ya know hes already back on his feet working away, good on ya shiny! way to be a trooper
though the sad thing is, hes pretty low on consciousness, and his manipulation is pretty **** as well, that afects his medical speed and qualty greatly, its at 55% at this point in time, and is slowly recovering, he had to use the herbs next to him to patch his neck to avoid death and it only got a 21% quality tend which is horrible for shiny, just something were gonna have to deal with
going back on to the main base while the rescue squad handles the situation there
well well, look at that! all of our walls are finally done, now we can steamline most types of raids and funnel them into favorable means, whenever we get any serious raids this will have a big impact on making sure things don't hit the fn badly
also gives a nice overview of our whole home, its been 11 ingame months fam, we done a nice job on the place
back on over to the rescue squad the hut praline is building is coming along nicely and built some actually good beds to sleep in, enough to get cozy at least and will help against immunity factor, shiny went to rescue holland and work towards fixing them up
ya their only getting worst, their starting to get infections which will bring about instant death if it reaches far enough, shiny is still in rough shape trying to get everyone healed best he could so its slow and poor quality, plus were exhausting our meds so were just gonna have to bite the tongue and hoppe for the best

their so fricken adorable too~ two females and a male, we named the male ivo and the females casssidy and rover, it'll take about a half a year for these little guys to become adults but awesome we got baby snakes guys!

yellow proposed to cori! their pawns are now fiancees we have two marriages going on now lol, and we still have a lot of work to make the rec room into a valuable marraiga hall, hell a lot of work still needs to happen on the inside, so much more to do
and some cargo pods containing steel crashed on by, neat, steel is always useful around here as we have more and more metal stuff to build
anyway, finally i leave off with good news
shiny healed on up enough to gain back his manipulation of his hands, so now hes back to providing shiny quality level healing, he just barely saved holland from getting amputated, and uni is now kicking his own infections butt thanks to shiny, everyones gonna heal on up nicely, and as soon as morning hits the rescue squad will depart once more back home

In response to the Daisy topic: saying she wouldn't have a theme is a lack of knowledge on the character. Daisy is consistently associated with flowers and flower petals, which she uses for her special moves. And this isn't just in sports games; this appears in other games, like Mario Party 7 where she has the Flower Orb. Petal manipulation would be her style in Smash.

I just realized both Tressa and Ophilia would be in my second team in Octopath.
Which means Runemaster Tressa giving everyone dodgesteps alongside Ophilia casting AOE Reflects thanks to a Dancer is possible. I can make an untouchable party and hell you can believe I'll do it.

we don't have the tech to make mech suits out of them yet,, thats some end game stuff, and i don't know if we can make them fully with just these two
but on the plus side we do get their futuristic weaponry and their blades, along with their materials, possibly that we can use right away
the blades basically have the highest melee damage out put in the game and they can be surgically put on to a pawn grantng them insane damage
but at the cost of crapping out manipulation, each arm only grants 10% out of 50, making it only up to 20%, basically meaning that your crap to do any general labor around the place ,no more cooking gardening constructing animal handling, nadda, just stabbing, also grants crappy accuracy as well those things are hard to hit with, so ya
though the guns should be fair game though
at the rate this is going your gonna get an infection in the brain and rot on out :V this universe sure hates you on that philosophy
