But that's just the thing, too...other Legendary Banners also matched up with a then-recent New Heroes banner. Legendary Hector with the Fangs banner, Ryoma with Wings of Fate, Female Grima with Branded King, Ephraim with Sacred Memories, and Ike with World of Dawn. I think Lyn was the only non-OC Legendary Hero that didn't correspond with a then-recent banner.

I'm positive the reason why Lyn didn't correspond with the recent Banner was because it was Blazing Blade's 15th Anniversary. And considering Ryoma's artwork copyright was 2017 while Lyn's artwork copyright was 2018, I think they had Ryoma planned for the Legendary Hero Banner after the Wings of Fate banner, but they saw that Blazing Blade's 15th Anniversary was going to come up and so made Lyn in a hurry in time for it. That's why I think Lyn was so out of order and correspondence compared to the other heroes.

Also, I saw someone point out the fact that Future Vision is Swap combined with a Self Dance. That means that she can activate Link skills, like DEF/RES Link. Combined with the fact that she has also use Galeforce, it may be a good thing ATK/SPD Link has not come out yet.

Like, with Lyn I could understand it somewhat. It was pretty much immediately after she got her Valentines version, and Brave Lyn was still a major arena killer. But Lucina hasn't gotten an alt since Brave Lucina almost a FULL YEAR ago.

So much salt lol.

It's probably the number of alts that's irritating people more then time between them. While Lucina had to wait nearly a year to get another, she's still getting a fifth one while other popular characters like Alm haven't even gotten one (who's been waiting for over a year) or aren't even in the game at all. So even with that in mind it's leading fans to cry favoritism at IS since they're putting so much emphasis on Lucina (and Lyn) rather then spreading the love around, and since there's already backlash against her for her exposure it's just boiling over and leading to a big pushback from fans.
