Eww, I hate eating Bacon and Hot Dogs ( no joke, they actually make me feel sick ).
Bacon does taste great but I stopped eating it, same with Hot Dogs. HotDogs make me feel sick as well.
I still eat plenty of meat though, like actual healthy organic meat.

The thread has a video showing the process from start to finish from him, which you can see here. Additionally, he also drew this, which isn't that stark a difference in quality as you're trying to project.

Again, this is not the same as the 5th Gen false claims. The issue with that case was it was almost complete hearsay and little truly justified it, with this case the artist in question has posted something that can be taken as evidence to him being the creator. Just because one case happened doesn't mean that the other is a repeat of the same scenario.

The video is actual evidence but that other image is still nowhere near traditional style.

Regardless I hope we get gen 8 announced in six days.
